That's Rashad Phillips lil bro. Super duper quick, streaky shooter. Amazing off the dribble. Reminds me of Rashad a lot in Shad's younger days. Carlos uses more speed than Rashad but shad has absolutely no glaring weaknesses. Los is cold too.
@TheKingkobra313 i play against rashad in a leauge last week he is much more wise now out the age of 32 but his first step is DEADLY with or without the dribble. And he can post/spotup/shoot off the dribble/great free throw shooter/ solid passer. I played against carlos too hes a great athlete as well but really reminds me of ty lawson more then rashad
I have seen this athlete in person. I have guarded the likes of raymond felton, earl boykins, scoonie penn, jamar butler, keith mcleoud, brevin knight and Carlos English without a doubt is quicker guard than all the above mentioned. Carlos hesitation and go move is the quickest i have ever competed against. This brother is a serious overseas player and needs to be on someones NBA summer league team.
