I believe that we should all stop making inaccurate assumptions. Besides, it is natural for someone to look up when thinking. Don't we all unconsciously tilt our heads up at times during a test when we try to recall information we have stored in our long term memories?

yeah. that is true because i know that there was some guy who cheated during the blindfold competition before. i feel they should have some sort of an object in front of them that they can put their hands around with a 0% chance of cheating.
No they don't, they memorize where a certain sticker needs to go and use setup moves and an algorithm to switch only a few pieces at a time so that you can plan out the moves before starting. It's really easy... but not easy to explain.

He clearly cheated. You can tell by the first flick from the judge that his body moved in the same direction.

What the fuck was up with the head tilt? When someone is doing something that odd, the judge needs to at least keep her hand there.

Sometimes you have a hard time trying to recall the memorized stuff. Head tilting is naturally just something you would do to try to get it back.
