Rough translation (I'm only a Japanese I student, so I'm not a good translator yet)

Maka says something about "Who is beautiful? I am..." And then I'm pretty positive she say something like "And my partner is good/wonderful!" She uses "anata" rather than "omae" or just his name, which implies that they are lovers, since anata is a version of "you" only used when two people are really close.

And then Aishiteru means "I love you" but it is usually only used between married couples, as it is
