Notice, when she's doing the chair thing at 3:50, her thigh gets monstrously large when it is horizontal, and then shrinks again when she stands up. YOU WILL NOT LOOK AS SKINNY AS SHE DOES IN THIS VIDEO FROM THIS WORKOUT
