1.Crash 2.Lag 3.Do silly things like symbian. If there is any lag on wp7 it smooths over well anyway, that's why I like it. Sea ray for me.

My sisters use the iPhone and an Android phone and despite WP7 limitations, it's still a great OS. What's the bet you're a Nokia fan? Why don't you stay on Symbian.
The body style on this prototype unit is a nice design but works much better with the button-less Meego (swipe gesture controlled) N9 device upon which it is based. The WP7 OS buttons take up too much space on the front of this device...negating its minimalistic/slim/all screen concept. However, the N9 based convex screen looks great and makes the icons seemingly float above the glass. That's impressive IMHO.
Just wanted to point out that Mr Elop said that their will be a family of windows phones, so this is one of many. So maybe people shouldn't judge Nokia WP7 on just this phone alone as nobody knows if this is the flag ship handset.
If somebody watches the video carefully, they can find the gap between the hardware buttons and the working screen size very small, with very little separation. That is another great problem. When you are using this phone and has to use the hardware button frequently, everytime you will have to think before you hit the hardware button since there is much more chances of hitting the screen rather than the hardware button. Dell venue pro should be much better option without a keyboard, (i.e. thin)

I can clearly see the failure of this device, whole screen size maybe 4' but with the space for the buttons below the actual size would be about 3.5' so either the phone has to be 4.3 to 4.5 in order to have the working screen size of 3.9 or 4'. On the top the screeen goes way up the top while on the bottom way waste of screen. Makes no sense to me looks too ugly. That also means no front facing camera on the top. This device seems to disappoint most of the WP7 fans waiting for Noki phone.

Many are satsified with Windows 7 (and upcoming 8) and WP7 is pretty impressive with Metro UI making an impact with Google taking a leaf out of Microsoft's designing book. And i jailbreak my phones. IMO, A good OS is Apples iOS or preferably open source.
