Do you REALLY want to help the needy people of the world? Then start putting out the message that THEY need to do THEIR part and STOP having kids they can't afford!
And when they do have them, tell them to get THEIR KIDS into good study habits and to have their kids focus on SCHOOL STUDIES!!
Enough of this crap of "Oh you poor person, here's a million dollars now go and have some more BABIES!"
