excellent dialogue in this game. I like it where Nate says to that old guy 'Sully' when he's climbing that ladder, "Sully, you got a great ass" and Sully just says "Thanks kid", really understated humor...very cool. Quite a few ass references in this game, the developers were definitely ass men. "Shame u gotta sit on sumthin so pretty" hehe

But around 12 I got the help I needed thank God. I'm more of a lucky girl now! Sorry for the long comment lol.

I had difficulties with fitting in at school as well. I was bullied because I was often a loner, i.e. an easy target. I've never had much of a social life but that never really bothered me.

@xMrsEfronx I have played seen and played a little Tomb Raider here and there, particularly Tomb Raider: Underworld. I'm a passionate gamer and am very critical when it comes to games, and in my opinion Underworld is an awful game. It deserved its relative lack of success.

Yes I do like Uncharted. Currently, I have only UC2 but will buy UC1 soon, and hopefully get UC3 for a Christmas present.

Yes, Lara is pretty but she's CGI, therefore you shouldn't compare yourself to her in that way.

I have the typical positive opinions of it, e.g. visually it's good, the gameplay is solid and consistent, the story, characters and cutscenes are well done, and the music is good. I love how it feels like I'm playing through an action film, but a very long one and a very good one!

I do have some complaints about the game, but nothing major. I've read that Uncharted 3's flaws are also rather minor.

Overall my favourite game series is Crash Bandicoot, as it is a childhood favourite. So even though the series is no longer popular, it will always be special for me.

@xMrsEfronx Yes I read about that a few days ago. I think that the whole thing is stupid. I saw The Lion King in 3D at my local cinema a few weeks ago, and having never seen 3D video before then, I thought that the 3D effect was nice but I wasn't blown away by it.

Titanic being released in 3D is stupid because there will be nothing new - it's the same film and the same technology will be used. It's a dumb marketing ploy with no originality.

@xMrsEfronx It's not that you are weird, being the reason you got attached to the characters. It's because the characters have such real life grounding, like characters in a good book. You begin to actually care about these characters as if they were real people, sucking in your breath when Nate make that big jump. Or your jaw hangs wide open when it looks like it's the end for Sully. It's a halmark trait of knowing when you have become emotionally attached to a character, game or book.

Hearing that quiver in Nates voice, afraid he was about to loose someone so very special to him, had me tear up. Towards the end of U3, I was filled with rage when another character I cared for had something happen (don't know if you or anyone else has played.. and it's still new so trying not to spoil it), and wanted to make the person responsible hurt in ways I didn't know I could think of.
