  • My abs are about 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch going up and down, left and right, I have to do about anywhere from 1,000 - 2,000 crunches to get a burn, I trained my abs everyday from 8th grade to now (me going into my sophmore year), and to maintain my weight i have to eat about 2,800 - 3,500 cal. a day. And I'm only 15. Call me a liar, but I'm just wondering what I should do and i'm asking you, my upper 2 upper most abs show when I flex but only when i flex, what can i do to show all my abs w/o flexin?

  • u have to do ALOT of cardio! u must burn more calories than u take in in a day. and u cant do spot fat removal. so basicly u can just try to lose fat in one place, ur body will lose fat were i needs it less. but if u keep up the cardio and the nutrition the love handles will go away. just takes time

I have no idea what he called it but he had me to do literally the same thing.     When you are throwing the medicine ball back, I would keep it above your head (arms straight) do the crunch, then throw the ball when you are sitting up. It will help build more muscle with the 15 lbs from your core.
