When you are throwing the medicine ball back, I would keep it above your head (arms straight) do the crunch, then throw the ball when you are sitting up. It will help build more muscle with the 15 lbs from your core.

Just a tip, You don't have to use it because what you are doing is clearly working although.
When you are throwing the medicine ball back, I would keep it above your head (arms straight) do the crunch, then throw the ball when you are sitting up. It will help build more muscle with the 15 lbs from your core.
