  • t-hee! Its not a "landscape" its a "SEAscape". :0)

  • @artistdeterminedmsv to be honest I painted this picture from a book and I'm not sure if it is sea or a lake. Thanks for watching.

  • Very nice. I`ve learned a lot. Great how you use the flat brush. Beautifull dramatic landscape. Thanks for charing.

  • @EAngelika I'm glad the video has helped you. Thanks for watching.

  • Very nice demo, keep them coming.

  • @jasneskis thanks for watching.

  • I am courious as to what kind of palette you are using and brush

  • @bsonenthal1 the brush is a large Ron Ranson hake. The palette is a childs finger painting tray with Raw Sienna, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Umber, Light Red, Lemon Yellow, Alizarin Crimson and Payne's Gray.

  • This makes me sad. The confidence and skill are amazing. Mine never turn out anywhere near anything like this. (Mind you I've only been painting for two weeks)

  • @captainspongeboy it'll take more than a couple of weeks to get the hang of it I'm afraid, though maybe not as long as you think! Keep practising and one day it will all click into place.

  • Great! :) I've never used a flat brush. I'm watching this video and I really want to try it!

Thank you for sharing. Best regards from Poland. :)

  • @almostaussie give it a go. The hake is a wonderful brush once you get used to it. Regards to Poland.

  • nice

  • Thanks for watching.

  • Amazingly good!!!Superb work!

  • Thanks for watching.

  • did you wet the paper totaly first? Also, how long between parts do u let dry?

  • I just wet the sky and mountain area first. How long to wait before putting in the mountains just comes down to practise. If the paper is too wet the paint won't stick. It needs to be about half dry so you get soft edges and a misty look. Thanks for watching.

  • COOL

    Thx a ton

  • Thanks for watching.

  • Brilliant demo, and a brilliant result, i just wish i could do it.

    Thanks for the demo Brummy

  • Have a go. You don't know what you can do until you try.
