This is my favorite Sinatra song. I am not a fan of his but this song is very nice.

The original name of this song is "Laisse-moi le temps" by the composers Michel Jourdan and J-C. Caravelli. This song participated in the Festival Internacional de la Cancion de Vina del Mar, in Chile, in the year 1973. The same year Paul Anka put the english words to it and gave the song to Frank Sinatra who made it famous all over the world.

What a song! The real meaning of love is right here in this song. I first heard it in Malaysia on the radio in 1974. Bought a fanfare hit parade album of 1974 and had this song on it. Played it over and over again on the turntable. It's 2011 now and this song is good as gold now as it was then. I still have the lp record. What a classic song. I rate this song 10 out of 10.
