This is a terrible viper, no fire kick combos or lightning punches..... if you want to do normal hits go to Vega or Zangrief

for real. c. viper was meant to be used so that every second or third move she does is a special move. i actually just use low kick to go into a lighting punch, and then a hard kick when landing on someone to combo into a fire kick. i also use hard kick + foward sometimes because its an awesome two hit combo which does pretty good damage, and low hard kick sometimes when people are landing from a missed shoryuken or something. other than that, its all firekick/ thunderpunch/ seismic punch for me

plus thats the point of c. viper. she says it herself, shes not some super muscular warrior, but her gadgets more than make up for it. so really, ur supposed to use all of her special moves all the time. and then people who use fucking sagat and do 30 fucking fireballs in a matter of 10 seconds call me cheap. ya... suck a dick spammers. C. Viper FTW.
