2. It might of not installed properly

And 3. computer not compatible

@ImprezaImpresser i think you might need runtime libraries or just the latest framework. Otherwise, you might need to use a different program called IMG Tool 2.0

how do you upload building

@alex16504 Simple,download the IMG Manager and open up your gta3.img , now go to find and type in the name of the mod and you should of found it,now right click the file and click on replace with the new building.

No,you don't HAVE to download them all. And NO, there will never be any viruses for anything im using/promoting.
