So I noticed you don't do the 2-6 = +1 7-9=0 10-A = -1 count... why is your way better ? I mean what advantages are their with your card counting system compared to the one that everybody knows? And, do u play your hand according to the count? Say the deck is -7... u have a 7 and a 4.. so u have an Elleven, do u Not double because the deck is soft? You're going against a bust card... say dealer has 6 showing... ?
hey great video, not sure if youve answered this yet but why dont you start the count with the first cards laid down? since theyve been played, wouldnt it effect the deck(s) and what cards would come next?
@69hockeyman69 We count the first two cards to work less. Why count a players hand twice? It also looks odd to the casino pit when our heads are moving around the table twice. That would set off bells and bring heat.
@DMOSSA7X It is normal to observe blackjack games without betting. The trick is not to overstay your welcome in the casino, so stay mobile. If in Las Vegas, go to casino to casino to play under the radar.
@Moviemakerjjcasino Hi Bro, I hope you can guide me along, I was playing online with a live dealer. they are using 8 decks, after few rounds of games, the running count reached about 20. true count 2-3. but i kept losing 5-6 bets in a row, please advise why the banker still manage to comes out as winner for so many rounds :( thanks for ur time in advance.
@fishingkakis Online casino games are rigged to lose in my opinion. Are the players allowed to view all the cards when new decks are introduced into the online game with that live dealer? If not, how do you know if some aces and tens are missing? Go to a brick and mortar casino to play and report back here, Bro.
@Moviemakerjjcasino A million thanks to Moviemakerjjcasino for help, I have not seen them changing new decks before, u might be right. The online Live dealer casino is a famous betting house which starts with L.
I have tried to understand the side Ace count, but i couldnt understand, does every Ace drawn out, we add an (-8)? I really appreciate your time in replying this. Cheers!

got two face cards for 20, including dealer - I had $10 out there, and lost. Count went to -5 and I got up from the table and left the casino +$160 So overall I'm down 40, but that was a fluke situation and caused by me going on TILT. I can't wait to try this in a real casino next weekend with double deck.
Travled across the city to another indian casino, waited for a new show and got in, after 2 hands with 4 players including me and dealer, got a running 9 count! Incrased from $10 to $30 bets and won 4 in a row! Next hand send the count down to +2, the pitboss was over watching the action at that point so I didn't withdrawl, I bet 10 until the count was up and WON 4 hands $10! Incrased to 40 once true count was 2 - running was +8 with 4 decks remaining. Got up to 270, got 17 all other players..
Well, Good and bad for day 1 using JSTAT. First I only bought in with $100 on a $10 table. Waited for a +6 to jump in, bet 20 and lost 5 in a row, count kept increasing, I re-bought for another $100! Bet 50, won running count @ 9 with 1 deck gone, true count +1 Best 50 and lost running count now 11 ! Bet 50 lost. Went on TILT and went all in for $50, got delt a 9, just took a hit got an ACE for 20. Dealer showing a 6, flipped a J, and hit a freaking 5! FLUKE!!! Down $200.
haha, I got it right, jeez, answered 2 of my own questions by watchin the video 4-5 times :) I see you SIT out every hand that is not a true count of 1, will the dealers let you sit there for 5 hands without betting? or will they be on to your counting?
I Can't hear what you are saying clearly @ 1:50 when talking about calculating the truecount. Is the true count, the running count divided by the number of decks remaining? So in a 6 deck, I should wait for a +6 to enter the game or at least be raising bets if I'm limping in until a good count comes (unless it goes negative 2 hands in a row walk or sit like you did).
IF anyone knows I'm right on the True count calucations, holler :)
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing with card counting. You know just enough right now to lose your shirt. Knowing the running count and true count is only half the battle. You need to know the indexes to adjust from basic strategy known as the illustrious 18(read blackjack attack). For instance basic strategy says to hit 12 vs 2 but when you reach a true count of plus 3 you are supposed to stand. So if you don't know that you will have 3 units bet and play it wrong.
@PedroNavaja1988 I've addressed the soft 15 vs 2 many times throughout the years here. Too bad you didn't take the time to research that here, dude. We decided to let the video live while doing damage control with that minor error. The overall lesson of this video is not affected.
@Moviemakerjjcasino I'm not gonna look through all the comments to check if you adressed it or not. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to reply to my concern.
I had commented on this video a while ago (over a year i think). I've used your count system, but I've also juggled other systems to test out how they work. Currently I'm using the Revere Point Count. It gives me a 99% betting correlation and allows me to side count the Aces. It's a bit more advanced than the Hi-Lo, but I seem to have no problem with it. Have you ever used this counting system before? (AC now uses auto card shuffler)
@Hylianhero85 The other counting system with a 99% betting correlation is Wong's Halves.
2 +.5
3,4 +1
5 +1.5
6 +1
7 +.5
9 -.5
10,A -1
It is a little harder because of the third level of points, but without the ace side count it is somewhat easier generally speaking.
The 10 count in this video is ace neutral, making it good for single and double deck because of playing efficiency, but actually loses to hi-lo in a shoe game due to lower BC.
@Hylianhero85 I've never heard of that method of counting cards, it seem to work well?? I've always done the hi-lo method, and it seemed to give me maybe a 10% advantage over the house... if that... still never guaranteed to make me win... kinda blows
@DejaRose420 It really surprised me that the count (JSTAT Count) in the video was not included in the card counting world over 20 years ago and still not recognized today by blackjack experts. Since I won with it since 1991 (after I did the math), I decided to stick out my neck and place it on YouTube for the world to see and judge.
@DejaRose420 theres actually many different formulas people use today. some are better for 2 decks and some are better for 6 decks (supposedly). and many people are still making up their own formulas. its all a matter of preference i suppose and whats easier for you to adjust your bets around and etc.when it comes down to it most formulas only really give you a slight advantage over the dealer. which is compared to how much of an advantage the dealer has over the average joe
Is it okay to sit at the table and bet the table minimum while waiting for the count to get high and then jacking up your bet. I ask because it seems suspicious to shoulder count and then suddenly sit down and bet 100 or so dollars and then bounce.
@Moviemakerjjcasino cool man. i like how you actually answer every bodys questions hahaha, fuck the people who trash this video you fuckn rock man. whats the best way to get away with counting?
@guitaring4fun Thanks! Haters are gonna hate and trash, and if I can't stand the heat, I don't belong in the kitchen. As long as they don't get personal, their posts will live. This video will do my talking! The best way to get away with counting is to hit and run as shown this video.
@kurdysj: I played blackjack with success in the 90's until my picture was plastered in every casino facial recognition system database in Nevada in 1997. So my play was limited to hitting and running to make a few bucks, as shown in this video. I might win enough to pay for airfare and expenses when playing in Las Vegas now. I get more joy sharing the information in this video as revenge to the casinos who banned me from playing blackjack.

seemed odd to me a piece of paper was held over the camera everytime he shuffled and the last deck was nothing but 2-6 first hands. i get the point though and its helpful.
I can't understand the aces being counted as zero, unless you're doing a side count of them. I've had some success with the Ken Uston plus-minus count where 10's and aces are +1, 3 through 7 are -1, and 2, 8, 9 are zero.
@1964CLEAN The music is cranked up, but the dealer can still be clearly heard and understood. Some might not like the "noise", but the dealer enjoys these artists who played an important role in Las Vegas history.
This video is confusing. It has music in the back ground while a novice counter is trying to learn how to count. Why have some stupid scratchy sounding crap playing for?
It's got some stupid writing at the top of the video that obscures the view.
The dealer is making mistakes while trying to teach a person how to count.
The dealer is using too much misinformation words that confuse the player trying to learn how to count.
@oceansdoor: The music is not "scratchy" since it is from a ipod, not a record player. The Elvis and Dean Martin selection of songs are not "stupid" as you say oceansdoor. But so be it, if you don't like it. The writing at the top explains the count and the dealer was trying to explain his count and technique as best he could. Moviemakerjjcasino welcomes your comments and thanks you for viewing this video.
ok now for a single deck let's say the count hits about +8 you would raise. But what if the count goes to something crazy like about -8, wouldn't it be good to play as the dealer for example hit on a hard 14 when the dealer's ace card shows something like 7? With a count of -8 we know the deck has more lower cards than higher cards and therefore hit on an 14. cause the chance to bust is lower. Basically we play as the house when the count goes that low. Good or bad idea?
@xxnwaxx1 The count in the video is not the hi-lo count! Hi-lo counts the aces with the tens and does not count 7,8,9's which harms the players with less information for insurance and blackjack frequency prediction. Counting 2-9 as +1 and ten cards as -2 (without the aces) is very easy to count and sharing it with the YouTube community really upsets blackjack authors who peddle hi-lo (or any ace-reckoned counts)to increase book sales. We have nothing to sell here, it is free!
@Moviemakerjjcasino Thanks. Now for a single deck what would be a good count to start betting high? like around +5 . The thing i don't understand from a 6 deck is the true count thing, wouldn't the running count have to be around +15 just to even have a slight advantage?
@xxnwaxx1 The running count at single deck starts at 0 like the 6 deck game. We have the advantage at single deck with more aces than normal and the running count of even or higher to predict more blackjacks. That is when the ace side count kicks in.
@dooncoz In this video we are flat betting at a true count of +1 and above without the ace side count. By staying mobile, hitting and running, and playing at different pits and casinos, is an effective weapon against casinos counter-measures. Staying and spreading with the count is inviting heat from paranoid casino bosses. A moving target is hard to hit.
@AngeloR674 This is a different counting system than the one you usually hear about. The true count actually produces a greater edge by a percent or two than the standard hi lo you hear about.
@famfirst11 It doesn't matter where you sit/play and chose the middle of the table to backcount and play in this video to avoid any conflict of where you sit.
@famfirst11 there is a benefit while counting cards called the thrid base advantage that occurs when you sit at third base. It occurs because you see additional cards dealt to other players when they hit their hands before you make your play decision.
This may sound lile a noobsh question but it seems completely logical to ask. How does one keep count taking into account burn cards (both at the beginning of a new shoe and when dealers are rotated). I find it hard to keep an accurate count when faced with this issue and I was just wondering if there were any tips out there?
@ 6:20 you have the high better with a soft 15(A,4), against the 2 but you didnt use your basic strategy card to be consistent with the table to hit it. Instead, you didnt hit the A,4 against the 2. Though this can look normal in most cases, doing this consistantly can draw eyes to the table. I was a floor manager at Mohegan Sun a few years ago and we would have kept an eye on that. If your gonna play, be consistent with your strategy. It like noticing you are expetcing the dealer to break.
ALSO, if you did hit that A,4 against his 2 and then hit the 4,4 on third base, third would have had 18, and the dealer would have broke with a 24 using the ten from the next hand. It is normal not to split, and your chances with splitting is the main reason basic strategy works against you. try your strategy without splitting and let me know how you make out. :)
@mobileenclosures It's too bad we didn't hit that A,4 and eventually profit from the dealer busting. Considering splitting that 4,4 (we split against 5,6) distracted me from hitting that soft number. We only took one take and decided to suffer the consequences from the YouTube community for my obvious screw-up.
@Moviemakerjjcasino no worries. Justdidn't know if you caught that or not. One other thing is, try not splitting at all if you can get away with it. It uses a force break to the dealer more than you would notice if you combine that with doubling on all soft hands when the dealer shows his soft face up card.because it will put the trends in your favor and not against you to break on your soft hands.
yeah i will never understand why people put music in speaking videos. my god music is to dance to and drive to. not to put while your trying to explain something. hey guys this is how you can make alot of money, hold on let me blast the radio in the background while we talk. smart enough to explain this whole system but stupid enough to not have common sense to just talk so we can hear you
@tofilmfan The music is loud because casinos are this annoying and it proves that this video was not edited. If you couldn't learn with Elvis and Dean Martin in the background, do not enter a casino!
@Moviemakerjjcasino But before you can handle all the "distractions" from the casino you need to learn the basics. I believe they needed to make a informative video without the music, but give a disclaimer that casinos have the following: Loud music, drunks, disgusting cigarette smoke that fills the air and other annoyances.
@Moviemakerjjcasino Learning to count and counting are 2 different things. If you can't learn because you hear what your buddy is trying to show you, that's not the same asyour buddy going into a casino and being able to work the system with the noise.
The difference is your buddy who knows was taught in an environment that allowed him to hear what was being said.
@hhawler We count the 7,8,9's as +1 as with the other non-ten cards (don't count aces here) and the ten cards are counted as -2. The aces are side counted.
@Moviemakerjjcasino oh so its kind of differnce from hi-lo counting rite?caus i was watching one of the youtube count card clip they break it down into three categories 2-6 is +1 , 789 is 0 , and ace--ten is -1. i dont kmow which one is rite to be honest with u im down by 10000 G's i have four G's left please help me out to get my money back lol maybe i will hook u up if i get all my money back hahahah lol .
@hhawler You need to convince yourself which system works by practicing 100's of thousands of hands at home with cards. Play at Las Vegas Strip casinos that stand on soft 17, have late surrender, allow resplitiing of aces such as MGM, Aria, Bellagio. Play perfect basic strategy and surrender at the right times. Make sure you bet big on plus counts and more aces are left than normal, and bet low or leave on minus counts with more aces played. It is not easy to win without the odds on your side.
asherasator and staypress had an epic debate. 3-5 pages long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JSTAT count creates controversy yet again. The MINT 400 is back, fear and loath no longer with this count boys...
@866eric: The true count is the running count divided by the amount of decks left and is used to put it on par with a full single deck of cards. A +1 with one deck to go is the same as +4 with four decks left.
Can counting cards be still effective when the casino uses automatic shufflers instead of a shoe?
Because every casino in my area uses an automatic shuffler with six decks. So after each hand the cards go into the shuffler and get shuffled in the last 40-50 cards whom are in the shuffler.
So is it useless if I try to keep the count? or doens't it matter?
@Moviemakerjjcasino thx for the advice. But what if the shuffler only shuffles if the cards of the last hand are put into the shuffler and after couple seconds it stops shuffling, is then still oke to count?
And i have a question about the basic strategy sheet you're showing in the vid. I always use it and almost know it by heart but, what if the count in 6d is 16 (4decks left, so tc is +4) en we have a 12 against dealer's ten, we also still have to hit for another card? because its more
@Moviemakerjjcasino likely we go bust then because of the high amout of tens left in the shoe. Or do you only have to follow the basic strategy if the TC is like -1, 0, or something like that?
Jstat if I was to sidecount the aces as well as value them as -1( because I use the hilo) would that make a similar outcome to the JSTAT in respect of BJ frequencies??
@dkumar50 The count in the video is balanced without the ace. The aces are to be side counted. An excess of aces left is good and a shortage of aces left is bad. An ace should appear every 13 cards and is important to our success at blackjack.
@dkumar50 The ace is counted as 0 to balance the count. We side count the aces to determine our advantage. A plus count with an excess of aces left, we raise our bets. A plus count with most of the aces gone, we lower our bets or leave the table.
great video me and a friend are planning on going to a casino soon and trying to count cards ive been studying my ass off so far and ure videos by far have been the most helpfull. i have a question though, do you prefer to play single deck black jack or 2-6 deck is there any greater a chance for a possible 21?
@gravew0lf I prefer playing single deck blackjack because the frequency of blackjacks and perfect insurance betting opportunities appear a little more often. 6 decks are good when late surrender is offered because the fluctuation is lowered if played right.
@somebodysangel99 Many blackjack players would rather get the boot than get torched at a losing table. Most casinos won't notice a player watching a table, it looks normal.
I use the Omega II count at a casino that offers 8 deck w/ 50-60% penetration but also offers surrender on every hand and the option of playing multiple hands at the same time.
Do you think it is to my advantage to play the maximum number of hands or place bigger bets on a single hand?
I normally wait until there is a true count of +1.5 before placing any bets and raise bets with the count. I trained myself not to get greedy and have a daily stop win/loss goal.
@succeednow1 You are probably referring to late surrender with your 8 deck game and with good rules such as S17, RSA, DAS, the casino edge is watered down. As with the JSTAT Count, the Omega II count side counts aces which helps produce more blackjacks on high counts. Playing one on one with one bet is optimal and laying your money on one bet is better because of the surrender option. Money management and the discipline is key to winning and having a stop loss is fine. A stop win is not advised.
You're vids are absolutely awesome! I'm going to AC in a month and I've been studying them religiously. I have also ordered the original 1962 copy of Beat the Dealer on Amazon as per your advice.
@dooncoz Ed Thorp's original book "Beat The Dealer" in 1962 is a good start. The book is hard to find but the flash cards in the jacket of the book are cool. The summary of my strategy is contained in all the videos here at Moviemakerjjcasino. Will put out more videos to tie up the loose ends.
Hi, I'm a KO player and have enjoyed it with shoe games. Is your JSTAT count more effective with 1 or 2 deck games than 6 decks? Is it worth learning if I only play shoes? I read that you don't trust sims/models but isn't that how basic strategy was developed and confirmed? Do you know what the EV is of your method vs Hi/Lo and KO? thanks!
@dooncoz I started with single decks with the JSTAT Count and was a total success before moving up to six decks. The KO count and my count are about the same to casino surveillance without the side counting of the aces. To be as effective at six decks, we must adjust for the amount of aces played to calculate blackjacks. Since KO is ace reckoned, prediction of blackjacks are impossibe and sims don't take blackjack frequencies into consideration.
@Moviemakerjjcasino Thank you that makes sense. Do you reccomend reading Thorpe's '62 version or is your method different? Do you have a summary of when to bet and use the side counts for shoe games? thanks!
I play hilo although I did learn the KO but I don't like counting up from -20 etc and to me it is easy to calculate a TC but overall they r very similar in youre expected returns.
I also know this JSTAT count but havent used it at the table yet. I play on a 4 deck mostly and some 6 decks in London.
i use a different style of count, i count +1 for the cards 2 through 6, i dont count cards from 7 through 9, and 10s and aces have a value of -1, is this counting style i just mentioned a good style or what do you recommend?. and another question, do i have to divide my count for the number of decks in the shoe?
@nikokao1 After you fail, try the JSTAT Count in my YouTube video "Blackjack High-Low Card Count Shattered". The video explains the faults of the established casino world's hi-lo count and is followed with a demonstration of the JSTAT Count.
@Ill416 Adding the aces to the main count would make it unbalanced and the count would not end at zero. We need the balanced count (while side counting aces) in the video for perfect insurance decisions and calculating blackjack frequencies. Adding +1 with the aces would throw a wrench into the count and destroyi its accuracy.
@Ill416 Aces are not counted in the main count, but are side counted to calculate blackjack frequencies. The side counting of aces are covered in our newest videos called "Blackjack High-Low Card Count Shattered" and "Card Counting at Double Deck Blackjack".
@Ill416 The JSTAT Count in the video starts at even and ends at even. How is it flawed when it is perfectly balanced with the ratio of tens and non tens (aces are not counted in the main count) while the aces are side counted?
Counting nowadays does not work. 'Basic Strategy' is more important than counting but the common basic strategy charts are incorrect & endorsed by casinos bcus they don't work. It's all a scam, ppl want to sell books/systems/charts & casinos want suckers to try & use em. It's all business.
The only way is to understand some basic principles, use correct strategy & pay attention to the deck
@staypress The answers & elements are too numerous to write here but all affect the game: (1) How many decks (2) How many ppl at the table (3) Dealer rules as stand or hit soft 17. (4) Where the cards are cut (5) When are the cards shuffled or changed; 1/2, 3/4... shoe etc. All these issues affect probability, card distribution, sequence, strategy (when to stand or hit), banking tactics & how long to stay at a table. Basic Strategy looses more money than it makes. It's a beginners base.
@asherasator ok I understand all of that but at the end of the day u need something more and only CC gives you that, to get the edge u need and that is based around the betting strategies etc. I mean it does not matter how many hands you win or lose but it matters how much money u have on a hand when you win it and only CC gives u the advantage knowing that more high cards are left in the deck and therefore u bet more.
@staypress Card Counting works best with single & double decks & IF they go near the end of the deck, that's what original counters banked on. Where I play there are 6-8 decks & they shuffle sometimes @ 1/2 (4 decks or 6). So counting is pointless, also when there are numerous players & you kno whats left, you still don't kno who is getting what cards also people come & go through out the game or full duration of the shoe (6-8 decks), difficult to predict unless it's just you & the dealer.
@asherasator by the way is that u playing the classical guitar. U r one good player.I have been a musician for 30 years but I do not come close to that.
U r way overmy head technically I guess you r classically trained.
@staypress Doubling, splitting & standing when we want DO raise odds in our favor. The dealer must hit to 17, we can stand on 12 against 8 up IF we want. Notice how most charts say "13-17 should stand against dealer showing 2-6", I believe this is a grey area & should be varied on some of the factors mentioned earlier. BS idea is that the dealer will bust, but pay attention they don't as much as supposed to & actually win with small card climbs in larger deck games.
@asherasator You know u have a point actually we r all brainwashed into standing on a 12 thru16 v a dealer 2thru6 and yes the dealer does not always bust, but the billions of sims by these maths profs, BJ pros and the Edward thorps etc seem to prove that you should hit under these conditions because of their results . If u knew what card was next u would be a millionaire so we have to play a system for our best return and BS is that system love it or hate it and CC is just an extra.
@staypress More decks simply put more small & large cards into play, the lack of proper shuffling & NOT evenly distributing cards create the "waves & trends" of good & bad tables. I've noticed that in 4 deck games you want only 2-3 ppl playing, 6 decks 3-4, it thins the distribution & multi-deck power & creates an equality: 4 decks (shuffles at 75%) means that 3 decks are in play = 3 ppl per table acts like 1 deck per person. 8 decks (shuffles @ 2) means 6 decks in play 5-6 ppl balance it
@asherasator IC But for the most part they do shuffle pretty extensively , but clumps of high and low cards could still exist for sure and they would therefore affect that part of the shoe when u would see lots of faces appearing.
Also r u saying that 2or3 boxes are optimal for a 4 deck game and having an equality of cards is more of an advantage for me?
@staypress Yes because it acts more & distributes like 1 on 1 & BS has a better chance. For a 4 deck game I would look for 2-3 players at a table. Remember U cannot predict the CHOICES of the other players even if U kno exactly what cards are there. Counting is simply ratio of High:Low, the newbie occasional player next to U might hit when shudv stood or stood when shudv hit!
THAT IS UNPREDICTABLE, or he might choose to play 2 hands on an open spot. There are so many variables.
@staypress Thanx for the guitar compliment, yes that's me & my music. I put into Blackjack the same energy as music. I've been playing for 33 years in multi-genres. Blackjack has so many things that influence it, for me it's science, math & art. I love it. I've discovered some very interesting things (not mentioned) when I look at it in different ways outside of the standard methods & values attached to the cards. Open mind is important, just like most sciences there are new things to discover
@staypress You cannot accurately predict who will get what cards (sequence) when there are several people playing @ a full table. The dealer has as much a chance or anyone else to get the cards you want. Counting now is utter B.S. When counting was mastered it was with 1-2 decks & not many ppl playing @ the table. If you play 1-2 decks & they go to the end (or close) counting may have a chance but if they don't it's useless, also every counting system rely's on BS more than 80% of the time.
@asherasator You make valid points for sure but the way I look at it u still have the advantage, maybe very small but nevertheless it is still there so why not??
I think the only way to go is just play H2H with the dealer and avoid minus counts for obvious reasons and employ perfect betting strategies.
Also you must remember we can split ,double, stand when we want and get 3:2 on BJ so we have the advantage there aswell .
I play a 4 deck and the Pen is about 75% so its not to bad
@staypress The mental juggling to me isn't worth it for the casinos I play. I count well & have used a variety of systems, I do better without counting. If I were to play a classic 1-2 deck game ok, but not 4 deck+. Harvard did a study with BS & found that the original data was based on INFINITELY shuffled decks, 6-8 decks require well over 100 shuffles to properly distribute cards, casinos CANNOT shuffle that good because of time. 4 decks actually shuffle better than 6 or 8
@staypress Mate, I always profit at minimum 300% not even trying, or when I'm not drinking & playing seriously 2800%+ from any initial "investment". I always do better than those around me. Within 2 hours I'm ALWAYS ahead by no less 600%. I do exactly in blackjack what you understand from a musical point of view of me. It's ridiculous & stupid, I'm playing those arpeggios on cards. If you really understand musically then try & understand that I take that to blackjack.
@staypress The most stupid thing In MODERN blackjack is "wait for the moment" to increase your bet. To really capitalize you play steadily from the getgo, & if you really kno what you're doing U just look down & there is a whole lotta money than you started off with. It's that simple.
@staypress Maybe it is "luck'. Maybe it is some crazy out of the norm forms of calculations, I combine it & for me it all works out. In this world there r ppl who do things other cannot, it's that simple. I've been trying to get others to think "outside the box" in here. For me it doesn't matter I will continue doing what I kno. I usually don't care to share my logic but today I explained some things. For those who understand great & for those who don't or disagree "oh well" too bad.
@asherasator you r right I dont get it please explain what u mean is it just instinct then and how do u compare with arpeggios. i mean u r telling methat you win and you have this system but pray tell what it is. You can message me if u do not want the world to know. I wont tell anyone I am skint and I need some bread. and what is getgo??
@staypress "Get go" means from the beginning. The whole point of counting & what was intended was to know where & when to bend BS. That's the real point, not just know when to bet big. Knowing the ratio of Hi to Lo cards can be utilized in several ways not just counting. One thing you can do is get 4 decks minimum & do your own simulations with 1,2,3,4...players & the dealer, record the results using basic strategy & not using it (playing Kamikaze) & analyse the data. Then do it with 6-8 decks.
@asherasator Oh... There is a count mentioned by Peter Griffin in Theory of Blackjack & also Jaques Noir in the book Casino Holiday. It's similar to the one mentioned in this video BUT it counts Aces as +1 along with 2-9. 10s are -2. When there is a +4 count there is EXACTLY 2:1 ratio of Low to High cards. Every +4 increments this phenomenon happens: 8, 12 etc. (this of course depends on the # of decks). Other calculations + - can be made now based on this system. it is a perfect 10 count.
@asherasator Ok so what u r getting at is don't use BS but just play using intelligence or maybe instinct depending on the cards.Sadly though you will never know the exact ID of the next card otherwise u would win nearly every hand but saying that is the noir jaques the count u use then .I will sim this count and see what happens
@staypress The best counter in the world cannot know the exact next card in multiple deck games with many players especially if it doesn't have deep penetration, they are guessing, juggling numbers & hoping like anybody else.
The Noirjaque is simply keeping track of 10s. U can also recalibrate it [Aces thru 7] as +1, [8 thru10s] -2. Depending on how you wanna look at Hi & Lo cards. This is getting considerably more accurate than most counts especially once U can get the math & recalibration.
@staypress The answer is no, I don't use this system. It would go against everything I mentioned before, counting doesn't work in multi-deck games. I simply mentioned it because it's similar to the count in this video besides the Aces & it's something for U or anybody else to play with if they're interested in counts that track 10s. For the numerically gifted they can create a system thru recalibration & use the ratios for 10s to non10s, maybe useful to those who understand.
@staypress This will teach you more than any words from books, charts, videos or me if you put in the work. Just like a trained soldier you have to know when to use what you know & when to adapt, modify, evolve or simply change the way you play to the conditions at the table. In the real world you don't just blindly & systematically do things out of habit, everything is conditional to situations, that's called intelligence. Basic strategy is exactly that: BASIC. It's not standard or advanced.
@staypress There is no other way to learn what I know, it cannot be charted or indexed easily because the charts would be huge & difficult for most to memorize. But what you gain is the logic to deal with the cards & conditions @ the table. In other words once you learn to apply & understand the system the methods/changes are applied as you're playing, the conditions & cards speak for themselves & you know how to react to them. Of course it's not 100% foolproof, but the winning rate is higher.
@staypress Just like learning a new scale or song at first you're thinking about where the fingers go & mechanically just trying to do it is difficult. But then after awhile you just do it because it's subconsciously ingrained. The same thing happens when you get detailed with the card decks, situations & dynamics. The brain grasps in pockets of information kinda like an mp3 & condenses it. Or a pilot who can get gauge a distance accurately just looking, Ppl can do incredible detailed stuff
@staypress This is now binary logic [+1 or -2]. Typical Hi Lo & the other varieties are ternary based on 3 [+1, 0, -1]. This system which I call "NoirJaques" (Jaques=Jack, Noir=Black) was speculated to be created by a Berkley math professor. I like that the Ace is considered low because its power is both high & low. Binary logic & count can be very powerful yet simple for blackjack.
@staypress Yeah, I passed over the A,4 v 2 by mistake (but still won) and have done damage control ever since we released this video. The message of table hopping with a true count of +1 or more was not affected by the bungling of the pro in the video (-:
@DeusPayne On the Las Vegas Strip, table hopping at 6/8 deck blackjack flourishes because of the high amount of tables which allows us to stay mobile. Hitting one or two tables at each of the over 20 Strip properties will cloak us from pit scrutiny. Betting $75 at true counts of +1 and higher is not enough dough to warrant heat. Also implement the ace side count to calculate better opportunities
is this the best way of counting cards and increasing your odds of making money?? and does it work with only one deck? what if i use 2-6 is +1, 7-9 is 0, and 10 and up is -1?
Do you keep a separate count on aces?

So I noticed you don't do the 2-6 = +1 7-9=0 10-A = -1 count... why is your way better ? I mean what advantages are their with your card counting system compared to the one that everybody knows? And, do u play your hand according to the count? Say the deck is -7... u have a 7 and a 4.. so u have an Elleven, do u Not double because the deck is soft? You're going against a bust card... say dealer has 6 showing... ?

69hockeyman69 1 month ago
@69hockeyman69 We count the first two cards to work less. Why count a players hand twice? It also looks odd to the casino pit when our heads are moving around the table twice. That would set off bells and bring heat.

Go to a brick and mortar casino to play and report back here, Bro.

got two face cards for 20, including dealer - I had $10 out there, and lost. Count went to -5 and I got up from the table and left the casino +$160 So overall I'm down 40, but that was a fluke situation and caused by me going on TILT. I can't wait to try this in a real casino next weekend with double deck.
joewalker77 3 months ago
Travled across the city to another indian casino, waited for a new show and got in, after 2 hands with 4 players including me and dealer, got a running 9 count! Incrased from $10 to $30 bets and won 4 in a row! Next hand send the count down to +2, the pitboss was over watching the action at that point so I didn't withdrawl, I bet 10 until the count was up and WON 4 hands $10! Incrased to 40 once true count was 2 - running was +8 with 4 decks remaining. Got up to 270, got 17 all other players..
joewalker77 3 months ago
Well, Good and bad for day 1 using JSTAT. First I only bought in with $100 on a $10 table. Waited for a +6 to jump in, bet 20 and lost 5 in a row, count kept increasing, I re-bought for another $100! Bet 50, won running count @ 9 with 1 deck gone, true count +1 Best 50 and lost running count now 11 ! Bet 50 lost. Went on TILT and went all in for $50, got delt a 9, just took a hit got an ACE for 20. Dealer showing a 6, flipped a J, and hit a freaking 5! FLUKE!!! Down $200.
joewalker77 3 months ago
haha, I got it right, jeez, answered 2 of my own questions by watchin the video 4-5 times :) I see you SIT out every hand that is not a true count of 1, will the dealers let you sit there for 5 hands without betting? or will they be on to your counting?
joewalker77 3 months ago
I Can't hear what you are saying clearly @ 1:50 when talking about calculating the truecount. Is the true count, the running count divided by the number of decks remaining? So in a 6 deck, I should wait for a +6 to enter the game or at least be raising bets if I'm limping in until a good count comes (unless it goes negative 2 hands in a row walk or sit like you did).
IF anyone knows I'm right on the True count calucations, holler :)
joewalker77 3 months ago
ah nevermind I see it now- +5 or more, I still have to figure outt he true count. I'm totally trying this tomorrow!
joewalker77 3 months ago
@joewalker77
So if you don't know that you will have 3 units bet and play it wrong.
joeycap9999999 3 months ago

D33veeoss 4 months ago
I had commented on this video a while ago (over a year i think). I've used your count system, but I've also juggled other systems to test out how they work. Currently I'm using the Revere Point Count. It gives me a 99% betting correlation and allows me to side count the Aces. It's a bit more advanced than the Hi-Lo, but I seem to have no problem with it. Have you ever used this counting system before? (AC now uses auto card shuffler)
Revere Point Count:
Aces/10s = -2
2 = 1
3-6 = 2
7 = 1
8-9 = 0
Hylianhero85 6 months ago
@Hylianhero85 The other counting system with a 99% betting correlation is Wong's Halves.
2 +.5
3,4 +1
5 +1.5
6 +1
7 +.5
9 -.5
10,A -1
It is a little harder because of the third level of points, but without the ace side count it is somewhat easier generally speaking.
The 10 count in this video is ace neutral, making it good for single and double deck because of playing efficiency, but actually loses to hi-lo in a shoe game due to lower BC.
gamemeister27 2 months ago
@Hylianhero85 I've never heard of that method of counting cards, it seem to work well?? I've always done the hi-lo method, and it seemed to give me maybe a 10% advantage over the house... if that... still never guaranteed to make me win... kinda blows

@DejaRose420 It really surprised me that the count (JSTAT Count) in the video was not included in the card counting world over 20 years ago and still not recognized today by blackjack experts. Since I won with it since 1991 (after I did the math), I decided to stick out my neck and place it on YouTube for the world to see and judge.
Moviemakerjjcasino 6 months ago
@DejaRose420 theres actually many different formulas people use today. some are better for 2 decks and some are better for 6 decks (supposedly). and many people are still making up their own formulas. its all a matter of preference i suppose and whats easier for you to adjust your bets around and etc.when it comes down to it most formulas only really give you a slight advantage over the dealer. which is compared to how much of an advantage the dealer has over the average joe

I can't understand the aces being counted as zero, unless you're doing a side count of them. I've had some success with the Ken Uston plus-minus count where 10's and aces are +1, 3 through 7 are -1, and 2, 8, 9 are zero.

I give this video a thumbs down
oceansdoor 10 months ago

Good or bad idea?
xxnwaxx1 11 months ago
IS this the same as hi lo counting, or is it different? even though this way seems easier
xxnwaxx1 1 year ago
@xxnwaxx1 The count in the video is not the hi-lo count! Hi-lo counts the aces with the tens and does not count 7,8,9's which harms the players with less information for insurance and blackjack frequency prediction. Counting 2-9 as +1 and ten cards as -2 (without the aces) is very easy to count and sharing it with the YouTube community really upsets blackjack authors who peddle hi-lo (or any ace-reckoned counts)to increase book sales. We have nothing to sell here, it is free!
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@Moviemakerjjcasino Thanks. Now for a single deck what would be a good count to start betting high? like around +5 . The thing i don't understand from a 6 deck is the true count thing, wouldn't the running count have to be around +15 just to even have a slight advantage?
xxnwaxx1 1 year ago
@xxnwaxx1 The running count at single deck starts at 0 like the 6 deck game. We have the advantage at single deck with more aces than normal and the running count of even or higher to predict more blackjacks. That is when the ace side count kicks in.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
What bet spread do you use for shoe games (6 deck). Can you list the level of bet with the corresponding true count and ace values? Thanks
dooncoz 1 year ago
@dooncoz In this video we are flat betting at a true count of +1 and above without the ace side count. By staying mobile, hitting and running, and playing at different pits and casinos, is an effective weapon against casinos counter-measures. Staying and spreading with the count is inviting heat from paranoid casino bosses. A moving target is hard to hit.

@famfirst11 It doesn't matter where you sit/play and chose the middle of the table to backcount and play in this video to avoid any conflict of where you sit.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@famfirst11 there is a benefit while counting cards called the thrid base advantage that occurs when you sit at third base. It occurs because you see additional cards dealt to other players when they hit their hands before you make your play decision.

This may sound lile a noobsh question but it seems completely logical to ask. How does one keep count taking into account burn cards (both at the beginning of a new shoe and when dealers are rotated). I find it hard to keep an accurate count when faced with this issue and I was just wondering if there were any tips out there?
NeoColossus1020 1 year ago
@ 6:20 you have the high better with a soft 15(A,4), against the 2 but you didnt use your basic strategy card to be consistent with the table to hit it. Instead, you didnt hit the A,4 against the 2. Though this can look normal in most cases, doing this consistantly can draw eyes to the table. I was a floor manager at Mohegan Sun a few years ago and we would have kept an eye on that. If your gonna play, be consistent with your strategy. It like noticing you are expetcing the dealer to break.
mobileenclosures 1 year ago
ALSO, if you did hit that A,4 against his 2 and then hit the 4,4 on third base, third would have had 18, and the dealer would have broke with a 24 using the ten from the next hand. It is normal not to split, and your chances with splitting is the main reason basic strategy works against you. try your strategy without splitting and let me know how you make out. :)

mobileenclosures 1 year ago
@mobileenclosures It's too bad we didn't hit that A,4 and eventually profit from the dealer busting. Considering splitting that 4,4 (we split against 5,6) distracted me from hitting that soft number. We only took one take and decided to suffer the consequences from the YouTube community for my obvious screw-up.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@Moviemakerjjcasino no worries. Justdidn't know if you caught that or not. One other thing is, try not splitting at all if you can get away with it. It uses a force break to the dealer more than you would notice if you combine that with doubling on all soft hands when the dealer shows his soft face up card.because it will put the trends in your favor and not against you to break on your soft hands.

@Moviemakerjjcasino But before you can handle all the "distractions" from the casino you need to learn the basics. @Moviemakerjjcasino Learning to count and counting are 2 different things. If you can't learn because you hear what your buddy is trying to show you, that's not the same asyour buddy going into a casino and being able to work the system with the noise.

Because every casino in my area uses an automatic shuffler with six decks. So after each hand the cards go into the shuffler and get shuffled in the last 40-50 cards whom are in the shuffler.
So is it useless if I try to keep the count? or doens't it matter?
robintimmerman1985 1 year ago
@robintimmerman1985 If the shuffling device is continiously shuffling (CSM) the cards, run away from that table.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@Moviemakerjjcasino thx for the advice. But what if the shuffler only shuffles if the cards of the last hand are put into the shuffler and after couple seconds it stops shuffling, is then still oke to count?
And i have a question about the basic strategy sheet you're showing in the vid. I always use it and almost know it by heart but, what if the count in 6d is 16 (4decks left, so tc is +4) en we have a 12 against dealer's ten, we also still have to hit for another card? because its more
robintimmerman1985 1 year ago
@Moviemakerjjcasino likely we go bust then because of the high amout of tens left in the shoe. Or do you only have to follow the basic strategy if the TC is like -1, 0, or something like that?

@Moviemakerjjcasino why will it hurt u

Jstat if I was to sidecount the aces as well as value them as -1( because I use the hilo) would that make a similar outcome to the JSTAT in respect of BJ frequencies??

@moviemakeerjjcasino - Why is the Ace counted as 0?
dkumar50 1 year ago 5
@dkumar50 The count in the video is balanced without the ace. The aces are to be side counted. An excess of aces left is good and a shortage of aces left is bad. An ace should appear every 13 cards and is important to our success at blackjack.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@dkumar50 The ace is counted as 0 to balance the count. We side count the aces to determine our advantage. A plus count with an excess of aces left, we raise our bets. A plus count with most of the aces gone, we lower our bets or leave the table.

great video me and a friend are planning on going to a casino soon and trying to count cards ive been studying my ass off so far and ure videos by far have been the most helpfull. i have a question though, do you prefer to play single deck black jack or 2-6 deck is there any greater a chance for a possible 21?
gravew0lf 1 year ago
@gravew0lf I prefer playing single deck blackjack because the frequency of blackjacks and perfect insurance betting opportunities appear a little more often. 6 decks are good when late surrender is offered because the fluctuation is lowered if played right.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
u wont last long in a casino if you are jumping in and out at the table if you lose they dont care if you win well u get the boot
somebodysangel99 1 year ago
@somebodysangel99 Many blackjack players would rather get the boot than get torched at a losing table. Most casinos won't notice a player watching a table, it looks normal.

Hi JJ,
I use the Omega II count at a casino that offers 8 deck w/ 50-60% penetration but also offers surrender on every hand and the option of playing multiple hands at the same time.
Do you think it is to my advantage to play the maximum number of hands or place bigger bets on a single hand?
I normally wait until there is a true count of +1.5 before placing any bets and raise bets with the count. I trained myself not to get greedy and have a daily stop win/loss goal.
Thanks for you input.
succeednow1 1 year ago
@succeednow1 You are probably referring to late surrender with your 8 deck game and with good rules such as S17, RSA, DAS, the casino edge is watered down. As with the JSTAT Count, the Omega II count side counts aces which helps produce more blackjacks on high counts. Playing one on one with one bet is optimal and laying your money on one bet is better because of the surrender option. Money management and the discipline is key to winning and having a stop loss is fine. A stop win is not advised.

Where can I get a summary of your strategy or is it from Ed Thorpe's original book? thanks

Do you know what the EV is of your method vs Hi/Lo and KO? thanks!
dooncoz 1 year ago
@dooncoz I started with single decks with the JSTAT Count and was a total success before moving up to six decks. The KO count and my count are about the same to casino surveillance without the side counting of the aces. To be as effective at six decks, we must adjust for the amount of aces played to calculate blackjacks. Since KO is ace reckoned, prediction of blackjacks are impossibe and sims don't take blackjack frequencies into consideration.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@Moviemakerjjcasino Thank you that makes sense. Do you reccomend reading Thorpe's '62 version or is your method different? Do you have a summary of when to bet and use the side counts for shoe games? thanks!
dooncoz 1 year ago
@dooncoz Hi
I play hilo although I did learn the KO but I don't like counting up from -20 etc and to me it is easy to calculate a TC but overall they r very similar in youre expected returns.
I also know this JSTAT count but havent used it at the table yet. I play on a 4 deck mostly and some 6 decks in London.
staypress 1 year ago
i use a different style of count, i count +1 for the cards 2 through 6, i dont count cards from 7 through 9, and 10s and aces have a value of -1, is this counting style i just mentioned a good style or what do you recommend?. and another question, do i have to divide my count for the number of decks in the shoe?
nikokao1 1 year ago
@nikokao1 After you fail, try the JSTAT Count in my YouTube video "Blackjack High-Low Card Count Shattered". The video explains the faults of the established casino world's hi-lo count and is followed with a demonstration of the JSTAT Count.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@Ill416 Adding the aces to the main count would make it unbalanced and the count would not end at zero. We need the balanced count (while side counting aces) in the video for perfect insurance decisions and calculating blackjack frequencies. Adding +1 with the aces would throw a wrench into the count and destroyi its accuracy.
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@Ill416 Aces are not counted in the main count, but are side counted to calculate blackjack frequencies. The side counting of aces are covered in our newest videos called "Blackjack High-Low Card Count Shattered" and "Card Counting at Double Deck Blackjack".
Moviemakerjjcasino 1 year ago
@Ill416 The JSTAT Count in the video starts at even and ends at even. How is it flawed when it is perfectly balanced with the ratio of tens and non tens (aces are not counted in the main count) while the aces are side counted?

Counting nowadays does not work. 'Basic Strategy' is more important than counting but the common basic strategy charts are incorrect & endorsed by casinos bcus they don't work. It's all a scam, ppl want to sell books/systems/charts & casinos want suckers to try & use em. It's all business.
The only way is to understand some basic principles, use correct strategy & pay attention to the deck
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator Please inform me of what u think is wrong with the well known BS chart and tell me of the corrections that should be made.
Also in what way do u mean pay attention to the deck?? I assume maybe counting or what
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress The answers & elements are too numerous to write here but all affect the game: (1) How many decks (2) How many ppl at the table (3) Dealer rules as stand or hit soft 17. (4) Where the cards are cut (5) When are the cards shuffled or changed; 1/2, 3/4... shoe etc. All these issues affect probability, card distribution, sequence, strategy (when to stand or hit), banking tactics & how long to stay at a table. Basic Strategy looses more money than it makes. It's a beginners base.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator ok I understand all of that but at the end of the day u need something more and only CC gives you that, to get the edge u need and that is based around the betting strategies etc. I mean it does not matter how many hands you win or lose but it matters how much money u have on a hand when you win it and only CC gives u the advantage knowing that more high cards are left in the deck and therefore u bet more.
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress Card Counting works best with single & double decks & IF they go near the end of the deck, that's what original counters banked on. Where I play there are 6-8 decks & they shuffle sometimes @ 1/2 (4 decks or 6). So counting is pointless, also when there are numerous players & you kno whats left, you still don't kno who is getting what cards also people come & go through out the game or full duration of the shoe (6-8 decks), difficult to predict unless it's just you & the dealer.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator by the way is that u playing the classical guitar. U r one good player.I have been a musician for 30 years but I do not come close to that.
U r way overmy head technically I guess you r classically trained.
Also fast apeggios or what
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress Doubling, splitting & standing when we want DO raise odds in our favor. The dealer must hit to 17, we can stand on 12 against 8 up IF we want. Notice how most charts say "13-17 should stand against dealer showing 2-6", I believe this is a grey area & should be varied on some of the factors mentioned earlier. BS idea is that the dealer will bust, but pay attention they don't as much as supposed to & actually win with small card climbs in larger deck games.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator You know u have a point actually we r all brainwashed into standing on a 12 thru16 v a dealer 2thru6 and yes the dealer does not always bust, but the billions of sims by these maths profs, BJ pros and the Edward thorps etc seem to prove that you should hit under these conditions because of their results . If u knew what card was next u would be a millionaire so we have to play a system for our best return and BS is that system love it or hate it and CC is just an extra.
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress More decks simply put more small & large cards into play, the lack of proper shuffling & NOT evenly distributing cards create the "waves & trends" of good & bad tables. I've noticed that in 4 deck games you want only 2-3 ppl playing, 6 decks 3-4, it thins the distribution & multi-deck power & creates an equality: 4 decks (shuffles at 75%) means that 3 decks are in play = 3 ppl per table acts like 1 deck per person. 8 decks (shuffles @ 2) means 6 decks in play 5-6 ppl balance it
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator IC But for the most part they do shuffle pretty extensively , but clumps of high and low cards could still exist for sure and they would therefore affect that part of the shoe when u would see lots of faces appearing.
Also r u saying that 2or3 boxes are optimal for a 4 deck game and having an equality of cards is more of an advantage for me?
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress Yes because it acts more & distributes like 1 on 1 & BS has a better chance. For a 4 deck game I would look for 2-3 players at a table. Remember U cannot predict the CHOICES of the other players even if U kno exactly what cards are there. Counting is simply ratio of High:Low, the newbie occasional player next to U might hit when shudv stood or stood when shudv hit!
THAT IS UNPREDICTABLE, or he might choose to play 2 hands on an open spot. There are so many variables.
asherasator 1 year ago
@staypress Thanx for the guitar compliment, yes that's me & my music. I put into Blackjack the same energy as music. I've been playing for 33 years in multi-genres. Blackjack has so many things that influence it, for me it's science, math & art. I love it. I've discovered some very interesting things (not mentioned) when I look at it in different ways outside of the standard methods & values attached to the cards. Open mind is important, just like most sciences there are new things to discover
asherasator 1 year ago
@staypress You cannot accurately predict who will get what cards (sequence) when there are several people playing @ a full table. The dealer has as much a chance or anyone else to get the cards you want. Counting now is utter B.S. When counting was mastered it was with 1-2 decks & not many ppl playing @ the table. If you play 1-2 decks & they go to the end (or close) counting may have a chance but if they don't it's useless, also every counting system rely's on BS more than 80% of the time.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator You make valid points for sure but the way I look at it u still have the advantage, maybe very small but nevertheless it is still there so why not??
I think the only way to go is just play H2H with the dealer and avoid minus counts for obvious reasons and employ perfect betting strategies.
Also you must remember we can split ,double, stand when we want and get 3:2 on BJ so we have the advantage there aswell .
I play a 4 deck and the Pen is about 75% so its not to bad
Any more tips?
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress The mental juggling to me isn't worth it for the casinos I play. I count well & have used a variety of systems, I do better without counting. If I were to play a classic 1-2 deck game ok, but not 4 deck+. Harvard did a study with BS & found that the original data was based on INFINITELY shuffled decks, 6-8 decks require well over 100 shuffles to properly distribute cards, casinos CANNOT shuffle that good because of time. 4 decks actually shuffle better than 6 or 8
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator One more thing mate ,when do you decide to increase youre bet if u r not counting so do u just go with a bit of luck??
Otherwise if u bet min all the time you would be at the mercy of the 44 wins in every 100 hands and therefore you LOSE.
Regards S
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress Mate, I always profit at minimum 300% not even trying, or when I'm not drinking & playing seriously 2800%+ from any initial "investment". I always do better than those around me. Within 2 hours I'm ALWAYS ahead by no less 600%. I do exactly in blackjack what you understand from a musical point of view of me. It's ridiculous & stupid, I'm playing those arpeggios on cards. If you really understand musically then try & understand that I take that to blackjack.
asherasator 1 year ago
@staypress The most stupid thing In MODERN blackjack is "wait for the moment" to increase your bet. To really capitalize you play steadily from the getgo, & if you really kno what you're doing U just look down & there is a whole lotta money than you started off with. It's that simple.
asherasator 1 year ago
@staypress Maybe it is "luck'. Maybe it is some crazy out of the norm forms of calculations, I combine it & for me it all works out. In this world there r ppl who do things other cannot, it's that simple. I've been trying to get others to think "outside the box" in here. For me it doesn't matter I will continue doing what I kno. I usually don't care to share my logic but today I explained some things. For those who understand great & for those who don't or disagree "oh well" too bad.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator you r right I dont get it please explain what u mean is it just instinct then and how do u compare with arpeggios. i mean u r telling methat you win and you have this system but pray tell what it is. You can message me if u do not want the world to know. I wont tell anyone I am skint and I need some bread. and what is getgo??
regards S
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress "Get go" means from the beginning. The whole point of counting & what was intended was to know where & when to bend BS. That's the real point, not just know when to bet big. Knowing the ratio of Hi to Lo cards can be utilized in several ways not just counting. One thing you can do is get 4 decks minimum & do your own simulations with 1,2,3,4...players & the dealer, record the results using basic strategy & not using it (playing Kamikaze) & analyse the data. Then do it with 6-8 decks.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator Oh... There is a count mentioned by Peter Griffin in Theory of Blackjack & also Jaques Noir in the book Casino Holiday. It's similar to the one mentioned in this video BUT it counts Aces as +1 along with 2-9. 10s are -2. When there is a +4 count there is EXACTLY 2:1 ratio of Low to High cards. Every +4 increments this phenomenon happens: 8, 12 etc. (this of course depends on the # of decks). Other calculations + - can be made now based on this system. it is a perfect 10 count.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator Ok so what u r getting at is don't use BS but just play using intelligence or maybe instinct depending on the cards.Sadly though you will never know the exact ID of the next card otherwise u would win nearly every hand but saying that is the noir jaques the count u use then .I will sim this count and see what happens
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress The best counter in the world cannot know the exact next card in multiple deck games with many players especially if it doesn't have deep penetration, they are guessing, juggling numbers & hoping like anybody else.
The Noirjaque is simply keeping track of 10s. U can also recalibrate it [Aces thru 7] as +1, [8 thru10s] -2. Depending on how you wanna look at Hi & Lo cards. This is getting considerably more accurate than most counts especially once U can get the math & recalibration.
asherasator 1 year ago
@staypress The answer is no, I don't use this system. It would go against everything I mentioned before, counting doesn't work in multi-deck games. I simply mentioned it because it's similar to the count in this video besides the Aces & it's something for U or anybody else to play with if they're interested in counts that track 10s. For the numerically gifted they can create a system thru recalibration & use the ratios for 10s to non10s, maybe useful to those who understand.
asherasator 1 year ago
@asherasator well u seem very knowledgeable but u r wrong in that counting does not work on multi decks .It does .
staypress 1 year ago
@staypress This will teach you more than any words from books, charts, videos or me if you put in the work. Just like a trained soldier you have to know when to use what you know & when to adapt, modify, evolve or simply change the way you play to the conditions at the table. In the real world you don't just blindly & systematically do things out of habit, everything is conditional to situations, that's called intelligence. Basic strategy is exactly that: BASIC. It's not standard or advanced.
asherasator 1 year ago
@staypress There is no other way to learn what I know, it cannot be charted or indexed easily because the charts would be huge & difficult for most to memorize. But what you gain is the logic to deal with the cards & conditions @ the table. In other words once you learn to apply & understand the system the methods/changes are applied as you're playing, the conditions & cards speak for themselves & you know how to react to them. Of course it's not 100% foolproof, but the winning rate is higher.
asherasator 1 year ago
@staypress Just like learning a new scale or song at first you're thinking about where the fingers go & mechanically just trying to do it is difficult. But then after awhile you just do it because it's subconsciously ingrained. The same thing happens when you get detailed with the card decks, situations & dynamics. The brain grasps in pockets of information kinda like an mp3 & condenses it. Or a pilot who can get gauge a distance accurately just looking, Ppl can do incredible detailed stuff
asherasator 1 year ago

I endorse card counting when done well, however.. could you suggest the best possible ways to not get banned from casinos doing this?
DeusPayne 1 year ago
@DeusPayne On the Las Vegas Strip, table hopping at 6/8 deck blackjack flourishes because of the high amount of tables which allows us to stay mobile. Hitting one or two tables at each of the over 20 Strip properties will cloak us from pit scrutiny. Betting $75 at true counts of +1 and higher is not enough dough to warrant heat. Also implement the ace side count to calculate better opportunities
shown in our other videos here.
