This is only partly true. It depends on what city you are in and how many people they have busted growing in that city. In the UNITED STATES corporation (the democracy) they have the right to look into what a "citizen of the US" is doing because people are "public property". In The United States (republics) of America ( the republic) the government has no authority to investigate people because the people are the government under their creator.

So yes some police do pay the electric companies to provide info, but only the police within the democracy (the UNITED STATES corporation) can do this, and they can only look into people who are part of the democracy which is "most all people" on the continent of America. However if a person has moved BACK to the republic ( The United States of America), the police can not touch them because they have no jurisdiction of the original and de-jure government of the USA.

Furthermore, when the colonies of Great Britain broke away from King George III the authority of the king was dissolved into the people and The United States of America was born. When the Queen removed the USA seaward boundaries and land locked America and brought in the UNITED STATES corporation and usurped The United States of America, the people were, up to the point of the usurpation allowed to grow anything they wanted ... their creator made the seed to grow and harvest.

So the problem is not the electric bill/company/usage. The problem is that "the people" are slaves in an invisible prison (THE US CORPORATION)and do not know it. Most people are stuck believing a lie ... that the US and the USA are the same thing.

The de-jure government is the people and is within The United States of America

The usurper is the Queen and pope .. and is within the UNITED STATES corporation.

Most people are asleep and not paying attention nor seeking truth.
