It appears, your boosting the output from the mini Fm transmitter, with an external RF amplifier , it works! What you can do is open up the transmitter and remove the attenuator network if it has one and you will get lot more signal and you dont need the amp. The antenna can be disconnected from the audio input lead and a external antenna wire can hang out of the unit. It can go upto a few hundred meters on a typical radio. You can try adding cascading amplifier stages too and go even further.

Most manufactures run the antenna wire amongst the left and right audio inputs bundled all within the audio input lead. To get better results thou you need to open up the transmitter and remove the attenuator network and fit an external antenna. It's all surface-mount components..need a soldering iron.
