this music was part of a nightmare i had once ; i was fighting a wasp drone in faydark that wouldnt die and i had to listen to this music for 7 hours str8 until one of the guards standin at the lift killed it
Oh the days of walking into Crushbone to find D'vinn running towards you for the first time. You would of course con him to find him red and notice the chatbox going off about D'vinn at the entrance in shouts. You'd think for a minute and realize you are no match for him and turn around as he finished the others around you, and you were killed in one backstab.....ah i miss that feeling.
I played it for a couple weeks for that very reason, then they put some patch in that made all items atuneable or whatever its called. You equip the shit and it would be no drop from then. Almost every single item in the game became that way, even the cheapest little sword you got off a level 5 monster. You cant even just put a weapon on to see what it looks like without it becoming no drop. So, I wouldn't waste my time playing SoD...
Is too bad though, it had promise as a semi eq classic
The second one was a normal battle theme at one time, my favorite by far. Then they replaced it in velious and brought it back in.....Kael I believe. Just a certain area of the zone though...i forget what that area is called now.
Everytime I hear these songs, I remember clearly being in West Freeport killing Rats, having no idea wtf I was doing. It's going to be awesome to be able to be in Freeport, the way it used to be, all over again!
To this day, this game still holds a place in my heart. Great game
