Ump has awesome range, it's damage is barely affected at all at longer distances, it's only flaw is that completely unexperienced players may not be able to control it's recoil to take out targets further away. It's not difficult to get used to though and is definitely one of the best guns in the game if you use it well.

@iamLucashaha you almost can't go wrong with the acr at all distances, but if you are using a perk 2 that isn't stopping power then the ump will be the way to go. The ump is amazing with any red perk whereas people have time to react to the acr and hide considering its damage isn't flash.

@iamLucashaha Both guns are really good but i played with tar-21 ACR and Intervention and did crap, later that evening i picked up the UMP 45 silenced Scavanger for high kill streaks, Stopping power for the 2-3 bullet kill. ninj so Hb sensors dont see me. I went from 4Killstreak to 20-25kill streak. you might have to use it a little before you get used to it if you havent used it much. But try this advice and tell me if it worked or if it didin't
