Scary guy. I want to say that Mulan defeated him, but we all know that is not true. We've all seen the movie, and we know that it took a fire breathing dragon and a huge @ss rocket to defeat him.

He also reminds me of Kain, from the Blood Omen games.

He is not the villain you hate most, that would be Frollo or Scar, maybe, because they are traitors, or the bad guys in Pinnochio. But he is the scariest barbarian villain Disney has ever produced. You even get a sense that it is a personal battle between the Emperor and Shan Yu. “By building his wall he challenged my strength. Well, I am here to PLAY his little game.” Hate the fact he has a falcon, though. They are my favorite predator birds.

mulan is a made up story and most probably mulan never lived she is a fairy tale like snowwhite and 7 dwarfs, rapunzel, cindrella is. but shanyu and kürshad are real and it seems disney producers of mulan confused kürshad with mete khan(shanyu). it was not shanyu(mete khan) that raided chinese emperors palace with 40 men with him, it was kürshad.
