  • Marijuana should be legal. There is no logical reason for it not to be. It's impossible for it to be a "gateway" drug because it's already classified as one of the worst drugs. It being illegal gives all profits to the illegal (non-taxed)dealers. Tax Marijuana just like tobacco or alcohol. Stop the insanity.

  • @MrBillholden1969 I'd say it's a gateway drug only because it's illegal. Doing pot gets people to thinking that illegal drugs are okay to do, because pot isn't as harmful as some others. The law should draw the line between the drugs that are only bad habits and those that are are really dangerous. Right now, marijuana is on the wrong side of that line.
