I dont think he ever floated with happiness with Lana even though she was his first love. I think it is amazing that even before Clark and Lois were together people knew they had a very strong bond, a bond to the soul and you can tell in this scene i think. There was an episode where this woman came for Clark and seduced him and his and Lois' bond was the only thing that saved him, thats awesome!! :D

@mscharmed03 The episode you are thinking of is Instinct and the character was Maxima. Then again, Jimmy and the fortune teller made similar observations in Crimson, as did Chloe in Facade and Hex, as did Faora when she possessed Lois in Bloodline, as did Oliver in Arrow and Bride, as did Lana in Gone. Seems like everyone saw Clark and Lois' deep connection but them.

@my3love4ever There was one moment in the very beginning, the first or second episode, where he still discovers what he is capable of. He wakes up floating over his bed but as he realizes that he crashes down and I think he broke the bed. I don't remember that we were explicitly told what he was dreaming about but he had such a big crush on Lana then.

@AnnyRonaldo More like floating. I think it shows that he is content to just hold her and everything else fades away. I'm not sure he even knew he was flying and I'm more inclined to think he didn't. It's one of the best scenes that literally shows Clark floating with happiness.

@AnnyRonaldo I noticed :) I just tend to reply mostly on questions and requests. I mean how do you reply on "I love this scene" and others of the sort without having to repeat over and over "I'm glad" or "Me too" It's the same for the "thanks" - the answer "You're welcome" is assumed.

t was a lot easier in the beginning, but now every time I look at my email I see at lest a dozen new comments form youtube. And that's when I haven't checked my email for an HOUR :D
