You don't need to get all 3 at the same time. I just got the trophy by coming back for the other two I missed.
What I do think you need to do it play to the end of the level after getting the third secret flower, and not just bloom the flowers, pause, and go to another level. This trophy can be obtained by getting all 3 secret flowers on any level, and you can keep track of which ones you have by counting the green petals in the pot in the "main" room.
i got the one next to the wagon and haystack but needed the glow thing to finish the pond one..but i didnt have a glow thing so i finished the level and when i came back and did it again the wago and haystack were already bloomed and when i got the pond one i didnt get the trophy
i found 2 flowers at first run, on second run i found third flower and didnt get the trophy. I did third run and light up the pool, fly by the wagon and colect flower behind haystack and didnt get the trophy. shoud i delete saves and do it again or what?
