  • oh nevermind, just noticed that this video was quite old. If you've already thought about this disregard my comment :)

  • Have you considered doing goblet squats with the guys having their hands on the actual bell portion of the KB? the bell would basically be upside down and the person would actually hold it like a goblet. From my experience it helps in keeping the back a bit straighter. It just seems like the guys' form starts to break a little on those goblet squats. Great work anyways.

  • You guys are NOT in shape, you're doing half of the workouts wrong.

  • @ReignzOfBrainz That's funny. One guy is #2 in the nation for the indoor weight right now and the other is an All State football player who is playing in college next year.

  • Yeah, I now look back and dunno why I was being a prick, lol. Some of the exercises are still wrong though, won't even lie about that.
