I have not seen a video with a random Ron Paul comment myself before. I thought if someone might have seen that ad too, it would give them an extra push to know that he has supporters all around.

I recall hearing stories of busloads of Ron Paul supporters arriving together to vote. We all know how vocal his fan base is, and only vocal (and stupid) people are likely to think participating in a POLL is worth the effort to make your candidate seem credible.

That said, most registered Republicans are likely to be equally (if not more) stupid, but perhaps not so motivated.
