I found it, got the "You found Stevie's car" message, took it to the garage which was closed. So now I can't do anything. When I blow it up, the car doesn't re spawn, when I save it outside of my house to fix up any small nicks in the paint to see if that's it, the garage is still closed. What the crap is this about? well, in total there are 14 random characters. With 4 of them, you need to decide live or die. But you only need 10 random characters to get 100% in total. The other 4 dosnt matter.
