Those who paid 1.5 grand were promised to attend the following functions beside the concert:

1. pre-concert press 2. after concert celebration 3. autograph session 4. cruise with Jay....Of course, most didn't get to do any. Organizer took the fans' money. The sad thing is, according to JVR Music, Jay wasn't aware of this...

It wasn't written on his contract. :0(

tickets were overpriced though. and the 118 ones were basically the same as the 78 ones.

I was right. The sponsors tried to rip off Jay's fans. Many fans paid $668 and $488 so they can go to the autograph session. Well, this never happened. And the sponsors tblamed on Jay for not showing up. Knowing Jay, who's honest and truthful to his fans and who doesn't give autograph after concerts, I'd say these sponsors are telling a big fat lie.

They are indeed trying to take advantage of Jay's fans.

I personally think this concert is the most expensive of all the concerts Jay has held. Many fans just can't pay $250-$700,

not to mention the $1500 ones :(

Even the faraway VIP seats are $268.00.

(Those shouldn't be called VIP.) The back seats are also overpriced. If the price is more reasonable, I am sure the arena would be packed and more of Jay's fans could get to see him live. Sigh, what were those sponsors thinking? Trying to rip off Jay's fans?

And I wonder if Jay is aware of it?

the arena was full, the 268 was so far bak, i got the 268 tickets. now there are 78 dollar tickets, 1500 ones were only released later on, when close to the concert date.

then there were also the 248, 178? and even cheaper ones..

Also, if the prices were reasonable, it'd be a "sold out" event as it happened in the United States. ($400 party zone, $200 VIP zones that is not all the way back. And the party floor was packed!) Jay was thrilled and even took pictures in front of the "sold out" signs. Dropping prices to attract people to attend his concert wouldn't make him feel good at all as we all know he loves "face".

Don't get me wrong. I love Jay. He is worth every penny. It is just that if you don't "price" right. Many fans are left out. And then on the day of the concert, the ticket prices dropped ridiculously low just to fill the arena. I would be upset if I paid $688.00, my buddy next to me only paid $78.00.

Actually the tickets were from 98 to about 300 for the vip.
