If you're Horde, I suggest getting Bilgewater to Exalted LAST. You only get two mounts out of the deal. Save that time and either work Sha'Tari Skyguard or Netherwing to Exalted. That's 4 and 7 mounts respectively. And then to round out your 50, get the mounts Mei Francis is selling.

2.- If I cange the mounts color it counts?? Like... purchasing a swift green windrider and a swift blue winrider... they're somehow the same creature, but different color, so do they count as different mounts?? thanks!

Yes it just has to have an separatly window in your mount menu ;D like if you count the cubes or windows whit mounts in you have to count 50 then albinoo Drakae!!!e fqijhqaelig
