@Sheperd5092 With the cameras that are in most P cars today it is getting very easy to get caught. Plus evading is a nasty charge, Go over 100 MPH in most states and that is a felony stop. You wear bracelets. Not worth it. in my book. Been on radar at 140 in a 65 zone. I was ticketed for 80 in a 65. I knew the State Trooper but could have cost me my career and more. (Felony stop) I was on a GSX-R 750 still have it a 2006.

You can only be cited with for going twenty over, multiple unsafe movement or lane changes, spinning wheels, ect. Consult your local HP or an attorney. Again this will also vary from state to state.

Racing tickets are broken down into 2 category's spontaneous and prearranged. Dubbed speed competitions. The only time a single car can be ticketed for speed competition is when it is proven to be taking place in a prearranged race where cars complete a set path or circuit one car at a time. The other form requires 2 cars.

they cant pull you for "reckless driving" due to acceleration unless you spin your tires. The reason for this is because without the wheel spin there is no cut and dry way to determine what is danger acceleration and what is not.
