The guitar riff in the original Rocky Theme as he is training is almost note for note the same as the riff in this song...but not quite, I could be wrong and maybe there was a film of his where he used this, but that particular sequence is an amazing "copy" of the riff from this song. Find that clip and see if that's what you're referring to.
