  • He's going for it on the cymbols !!!!

  • Now i know what movies Queen watches.

  • @TheJacky554 ha yeah its her favourite and she makes them play the theme over and over until they get dizzy and pass out. Every last one of them. Thats how you make real soldiers.

    Maybe I exaggerate a little.

  • That's like the easiest song to play on the trumpet.

  • thats the way to play it and the british way! =D

  • gentlemen let this be the day you almost defeated the GREAT BRITISH ARMY!!!!

  • Lol everytime he hit the Cymbols together the fur on his hat blew!

  • i like the guy with the cymbols...you an hear him above everything else...i want that job

  • brilliant. makes me proud

  • proud to be brutish

  • @TheDjpom Brutish? What makes you a brute?

  • needs more cowbell

  • england is fucking weird

  • @IllnehZ Yup, thats why I love it. Proud to be British. Kinda....

  • the queen dosen't have an ipod she tells them what to play from her balcony

  • @TheScarisbrick In the Queens accent: " One would likes ones band to play the Pirates of Caribbean theme tune, at once"......I cant quite imagine it...

  • Okay. I love these people right now;)

  • SICK!

  • IM ENGLISH AND PROUD!

  • wow! i wasnt expecting it too be good!

  • @NinjaBlue92 or scotland or wales?

  • @NinjaBlue92 most brits do believe that true british means white. i respect if you dont think that loyalty to the crown is not dependent upon colour

  • Anglo Saxon in Australia and proud

  • @channelhismojo Nice mate.

  • @channelhismojo Cool story, bro.

  • i swear one day i'll move to England and deny all connections to my previous country

  • I'm American... Thumbs up.

  • british and proud here

  • so...the question is... why were they playing pirates of caribbean??

  • @RaitoOkumura Why not? I've heard them play Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark.

  • @TheAlbatross365 a friend told me that he heared last summer the guards playing "la vita è bella" but i didn't believe him because it's strange. I thought that they play only music like god save the queen or always patriotic music.

  • @RaitoOkumura It's to keep the public happy and also totally unexpected for the tourists.

I really should check it out more often. See how diverse their repertoire is

  • @TheAlbatross365 ah ok thank you

  • I see Jack was in charge of the castle that day...-sigh-

  • parese la pista de piratas del carbe

  • For Her Majesty's own amusement.

  • i was expecting to see pirates crash in and start raiding and attacking

  • there is music, bad guys, ships with cannons, other pirates, the ocean, and, what... WHY IS THE RUM GONE, well we cant make this movie without rum

  • Ironic that im british and my ancestor was a pirate. I win ^^

  • Seeing that Jack Sparrow and his merry band of pirates are a major annoyance to the Redcoats, it's a funny reciprocation of sorts for the Grenadiers to retaliate with Pirate theme

  • fitting. pirates is a tale of british folks at the dawn of the 18th century..

  • Comment removed

  • @Grahamgngr1 i think ur crap

  • @Grahamgngr1 Well he doesn't think very much of your comment, i asked him.

  • *jack is on the rope and guards start to play* YEAH YOU FUCKIN BITCHES!

  • i love the cymbole guy his hat moves lol it so funny

  • Mean while in Britain.

    I love Britain seriously :')

  • I guess the guy on the symbols missed a few rehearsals!!

  • @jfranko29 Nope, I play this in Brass band and Orchestral versions, the cymbals are meant to be like that.

Sounds weird but it's what the sheet music says.

  • @G1NZOU Interesting...I would have never thought that. I stand corrected!! Great song though!

  • epic

  • *sheds manly tears of joy* This is an epic win!!!

  • anyone else find it odd that the queens guard band is playng a song dedicated to pirates. a task which they vowed to remove from the ocean..

  • @MrChaosmage lighten up man! their doing it for the tourists, and its a song from a MOVIE about FICTIONAL pirates

  • this. is. too. cool. <3.

  • great, has very talented Royal Guard. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Spain

  • This is f-ing awesome

  • My all time favorite for the queens guard is when the king of saudi arabia arrived and they played the evil empire theme from star wars.

  • JC85cap

LMFAO! i cant stop laughing :D

  • Does this mean they finally caught Captain Jack Sparrow?

  • @bkami22 Either that or Barbosa took over the palace...

  • This once again proves the british have an awesome sense of humour!

  • the guy with the tuba looks like hes about to faint ;;;; 0:22

  • @bigdustin12345 oh if he dropped that thing that would be tragic :(

  • @bigdustin12345 Just getting some blood into his toes - he probably felt a dead foot coming on. It's not ideal, but I guess the music was a higher priority than wiggling his toes every half-minute. I played tuba in a marching band once, and would not suffer that again if you paid me :)

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA THIS IS FANTASTIC !!!

  • ya'lls brit's royal bands have way too much time on their hands, you'd never catch the US Marine Band playing this

  • @lgmmrm True that nothing compares to the presidents own

  • @lgmmrm i think you might be surprised... our Marine Band plays in the Rose Bowl parade dude. they have plenty of time on their hands.

  • @lgmmrm They do the changing of the guard every day, it's be a bit dull for them if all the played were the same old military marches all year. They use the period waiting for the guards to replace all the sentries to play something a little more fun.

  • @lgmmrm

    Yep, not cool enough.

  • @lgmmrm what else is there for a band to do then?

  • @desktoppower they play Marches, the Anthem, songs that are really patriotic

  • @lgmmrm but then you would most likely get people saying there boring

  • you will know this time as the time in which you almost caught captain Jack Sparrow...

  • thumbs up if you're truly british and proud of it

  • @fozzyj195 AWWWWWWW YEEEEAAAAAAAH!

  • @fozzyj195 thumbs up to the cymbals! ;-)

  • @fozzyj195 What does misplaced patriotism have to do with pirates of the carribean? Go 'be proud of being british' somewhere else, you wanker

  • @wesleyis16 its a fuckin british royal guard video. if he wants to be patriotic then let him.

  • @fozzyj195 Well after this I sure as hell am :P

  • @fozzyj195 AS i am proud still we prefer to be called English and England is losing its identity :*(

  • @fozzyj195 by "true" you mean whites . dont u?

  • the guy playing the cybal doesent know what the fuck hes doing XD

  • Guards right

  • they dont have anything else to do

  • You do realize although its completely hilarious this is a fake?

  • @EdgarWildrat no its not...

  • epic win

  • the army should play this goin into battle

  • cool

  • when they usaly play?

  • Playing the national anthem of Somalia I see :)

  • @JC85cap haha

  • @JC85cap lmao...perfect. Thats funny as Hell.

  • @JC85cap NICE 1

  • @JC85cap Somalia is not in the Carribean.

  • @iBaNezRG95 If you didn't understand what he meant by that ^^ your an idiot.

  • @BlipHost Yes, somalis do buccaneering, but Somlia still isn't in the Carribean.

  • This should be our anthem...epic

  • I've played this! I also wore a paper pirate hat during it.

  • how many have been killed by friendly fire and by who. Good training is hard to come by these days.

  • awesome! why did they play it?

    i love that song

  • What's so cool is that my band called "The Fort Clarke Middle School Band" is playing this song at a local concert here in Gainesville. You may have heard that "The Fort Clarke Middle School Band" won the national adjudicators event in Chattanooga Tennessee. Well, I'm an actual clarinet player from that very band. Please come down to Gainesville for our concert on Tuesday!

  • It'll be epic.. if Cameron had a sword duel with the Queen, whilst these guards stood there and played.

  • BOOM the window explodes and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II jumps out swinging on a rope with a Rapier in her hand.

BOOM another window explodes and the Prince Charles leaps out of it and an epic duel follows

"This is the day you almost got me to abdicate you old fart."

  • @merobots you sir or mam win !

  • @merobots possible comment of the year

  • @merobots Total win XD

  • @merobots You sir....are a legend.

  • HAND ME THE RUM!&&@$!&$@!&&

  • What a bunch of ass pirates lol... kidding

  • lol playing the symbols part would be easy haha

  • I want the Mario theme song xD

  • yes. just yes.

  • Pirates pwn british redcoats anyday. "You will always remember this as the day that you almost caught Cáptain Jack Sparrow!"

  • 500 years ago the brits were attacking pirates to protect their tea. Now 500 years later, they honor them by having the guards play the pirates anthem lol :)

  • @crossvariation Actually most British sailors were pirates, sorry 'freebooters'. They would go out and loot spanish ships for their gold and then give the queen a cut.

  • @moctuzuma

    Buccaneers*

  • @moctuzuma Piracy was outlawed, but it was "tolerated" during times of war, and they were privateers, not directly associated with the Royal Navy. They were independents who just managed to get certain benefits for handing over the loot to the Navy (benefits including not being shot at or executed lol).

  • nice :)

  • Sounds Great

OMG!! Wonder what school bands would sound like if they did JAck's theme (He's a Pirate)

  • @firnron002

    This is He's a pirate

  • @firnron002

The school marching band im in did a disney field show and we did one last shot and he's a pirate.

  • What symbols are you all talking about...?

    ...oh wait. Oh.

    You mean CYMBALS.

  • sounds like the rock to me but i am drinking beer

  • I love how the only guy we notice out of the whole thing is the symbols

  • Awesome! Go the guy playing symbols! BASH THAT THING!!

  • HELLS YAAA

  • and lastly for a comment far down there, Canadas navy is dedicated to fighting pirates just saying

  • But something I find stupid is people come with the culture of wearing hujabs and they can walk in a store with only there eyes and feet showing, but I can get kicked out of the same store because I had my hood up..... It doesn't make sense. Ps I see other countries flags fling on our soil, and it bugs me, but I don't go telling them to take it down, that would be rude....

  • I don't comprehend this, here in Canada if someone told us to take our flag down you wouldn't take it down and the person who told you to would probably be charged with conspiracy or something (we are strict with things like that after the Quebec inncident)

  • It was originally the soundtrack for the movie "Gladiator" before the "Pirates of the Carribean"

  • i want a fuzzy hat like those

  • Coooooooollll

  • Now THIS is why I want to be British!

  • @tumppu1975 what are you then

  • @tumppu1975 Trust me being British is overated...

  • @tumppu1975 :Lol

  • Why can't the secret service be this cool, you Brits really do know how to make us Americans wish we were Brits

  • @MegaUnoriginal yeah they should all learn to sing then we could call it the singing secret service, and if you don't like it thats to bad.

  • @MegaUnoriginal That's cool, though, you Americans aren't bad at making us Brits wish we were American at times. I like to think of it as mutual respect .

  • @BeckhamIsEngland

Seriously? Why would you want to be American?

  • @MegaUnoriginal That's easy, you're allowed to be patriotic.

  • @BeckhamIsEngland

Who says you can't be a patriotic Brit?

  • @MegaUnoriginal Don't get me wrong, I like to think of myself as one of the most patriotic English around, but there are some places in England where we get asked to take our National flag down as it may cause offence to those who have emigrated here. I mean WTF! Mind you, I wouldn't take mine down, I'd get taken to prison kicking and screaming before I did. Whenever I visit America, I always see the Star Spangled Banner flying proud somewhere, which is exactly how it should be in my opinion.

  • @BeckhamIsEngland I'm totally with you on that pal, but then you have to blame our councils for that...jobsworths they are!

  • @BeckhamIsEngland Seriously? In certain parts of England we have to take our flag down so as not to offend the people who emigrated?! .......Why do they come to our country if they find that offensive? What the hell do they expect?! Why is our government being such a push over?! What the hell happened to you England? Our country is going to the dogs if we don't start putting our foot down. :(

  • @Kittywhiskers1000 I agree with you 100%, and unfortunately yes I am being serious, you hear cases of it all the time. I work with a guy who use to live in Birmingham, and he was saying that his neighbour got asked to take his St George down (it was on a pole in his backyard) after a family down the street complained to authorities saying it was offensive to their culture and beliefs. Absolute disgrace, but then, our councils are stupid enough to let them dictate! Idiots!!

  • @BeckhamIsEngland If somebody told me to take down St George, I would simply tell them not to look at my flag if it offends them so much. I would then also reciprocate and play Britannia once a day loud enough for the neighbours who complained to hear. Surely if you disagreed to take down the flag, there isn't anything the authorities can do? It doesn't state anywhere in the law that if we don't oblige to taking down our own flag we'll be prosecuted. What did your friend do/say anyway?

  • @Kittywhiskers1000 I too have no idea if they can prosecute or arrest you for not complying, of all the cases that I've read about or seen on the news I've never known the outcome. My work mate said his neighbour told the council to f**K off in so many ways, that they'd have to kill him first before he took it down. He didn't know what hapened after that as he moved not long afterwards. Even if it was an arrestable offence to say no, they'd have to take me to prison before I took mine down.

  • @BeckhamIsEngland That annoys me because there are plenty of people from other cultures who come to england and are pround to fly St George, and alwsys wear red on St George's day ect. Im very liberal in a lot of ways, but when you decide to live in annother country you respect their laws and culture, and its basic manners to complain in person before you go to the authorities. How can they complain about a flag when others suffer real racism?

  • @EbsNhexz I agree with you 100%!

  • @BeckhamIsEngland they give us a hard time for flying the stars and stripes in the usa too

  • Actually, you're all mostly wrong and right. There's actually a coalition for fighting pirates. The The United States Navy warship USS Gettysburg is part of this coalition as well as the British Navy warship HMS Campbeltown. Twenty other nations also have warships in this coalition. The US headed the coalition because some of the nations didn't have authority to conduct counter-piracy missions. U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Terence “Terry” McKnight has been named the commander of the new task force.

  • that is soooo awesome!!!!!!!!!
