  • 10:11 why no filming doe anyone knows what happends underwater at that moment

  • @robinb50 They tell you in the video, watch it again

  • i absolutely hate special forces instructors they have no manners whatsoever and they are so mean and nasty they should not even be allowed to ever wear a uniform!

  • @USAIRFORCE621 Deal with it, If they werent all the special forces men would be dead because they were treated with "kindness and manners".

    You dumb...ass.

  • @USAIRFORCE621 Man up, and while your at it change your username, people like you give the Air Force a bad name.

  • @USAIRFORCE621 go back to the kitchen women

  • @USAIRFORCE621 They are like that because they are training men how to be the best of the best. We train for what we are going to see, and in the real world we won't see manners and kindness. We see loaded weapons and hell. If it was meant to be easy everyone would do it.

  • The instructors tie it in a knot !!

  • @thegrimreaper541 Diving is used for discrete infil's, I don't think there are any underwater battles going on. They rarely get caught underwater these days with how far rebreathers and their technique have come.

  • @DropShotsLOL maybe your right. but what if they do get caught by some small chance. then they are completely screwed

  • what BCDs do they use? looks very basic like just the vest with no pockets

  • i think this is more dangerous than being on the frontlines because if your fighting an enemy soilder underwater your gear might get damaged and you'll drown. thats why im going on the front lines

  • @thegrimreaper541 Question is, where's the front lines? In today's modular battlefield, there is no define front line of combat. Unless your a fucking pog because then the front line for you is at the Starbucks on BAF.

  • @dumbenoughou812 lol i agee with you there. but for me the frontlines is anywhere where im engaging the enemy

  • @thegrimreaper541 Good response, at least I know where you will be standing. Keep your head down brother!

  • @dumbenoughou812 hoorah

  • Aren't the identities of SF personnel secret? How is it they are able to show their faces here?

  • @2865016 who told you that? They might be SF but that doenst mean they dont exist

  • I think that this is way more dangerous than being an infantry-soldier.

If you panic on the ground, you take a couple of moments to chill out. But if you do it in the water, you drown.

On land, you can take cover from life threatening situations, in the water, that situation is all around you.

If i get more comfortable around and in water i might take these tests.

    My respect!

  • Oh, nvm, the glass/plastic allows him to see past the surface glare. Wonder if they cone is just the shape or if it helps the instructor to see further and in more detail.

  • What is that cone thing he's using to look at the bottom of the pool? That's a really interesting device. Wonder if they use they use those at public pools, and if they don't then they should.

  • the guy at 4:31 -->HOT!

  • lol... the face an instructor makes at 5: 24

  • 10 mins for basic SCUBA jock up? ohh what luxury, UKCD's used to get 5 mins to get into old Avon neck entry drysuits AND O2 Rebreathers, ever heard of 'Awkward'? scuse the dig lads ;)

  • why would they ask the army divers...?

  • I'm sure women can do this too ::sarcasm::

  • @yaunclesam and you're bothering to point this out because..? nobody even mentioned women in the first place, save the argument for someone who gives a shit, asshole. you wouldn't bother pointing it out if you weren't a neanderthal shouvenist, it really shows who you are.

  • @yaunclesam I know a female LTC that has a scuba bubble (Salvage - Basic Diver). It's not this SF Combat Dive but hey, that's also a tough course that I believe is tought in the same place.

  • if these guys are deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan what use will bein a diver be? i don't get it

  • @Mr2Badboybrown iraq has access to persian gulf...so before the war begun, these guys might have had been deployed there to perform some recon/demo operations.

  • @minerdrc true, forgot that

  • @Mr2Badboybrown there also green berets and ranger. they can still be used as that

  • Are you using sarcasm?I cant tell.

  • Why do they all have gallons of greentea?

  • @bluegator77 It boosts the immune system. Its just a healthy drink

  • @kiaIn ya it's funny how you see no women doing this

  • @DannykeithBHD women aren't allowed to become special forces

  • This is what I wanna be

  • they tie a knot in the tubing nd the student has to ditch the gear nd get to the air source..compromising future classes -___-

  • r u serious this training is soooooo TOUGH words don't describe i suppose it has to be as these are the ELITE few that make up the special forces

  • WOW i wonder wether a girl could do wat these men do?

  • how about the mother fucking Navy Seals. They are trained in this. all i hear is Green berets and Rangers. I'm not biast or anything just WTF

  • @MrSwimmingmango The part where the instructors wrestle the swimmers in the water is in Navy seal training too

  • @MrSwimmingmango I believe it is because it is "Special Forces" dive school. "Special Forces" is Army. Sometimes schools have more than one branch of the Armed Forces that can join, such as airborne and others, but sometimes certain schools are only for their branch.

  • @1337faqsguy

Most of these guys have already gone through ranger school.

  • this instructors are serene just like when your under water

  • Ï´m class 5-97 one of the 4 mexican army officers that went t through the SF combat diver course.... NO BUBBLES, NO TROUBLES, i still remebered the clokc at the class room, the one that has writen down on the glass.. TIME WILL PASS, WIL YOU?

  • my best advice would be dont panic. There is no reason to panic in training they're not going to let you get hurt or die.

  • @spartanhero8 It's very easy saying that when you're at your home.

  • @eladalchez its also easy to say when you've gone through it.

  • @spartanhero8 oh, if you you've gone through it then i am really sorry..

  • "Some of you are demonstrating a very low level of understanding. This is not good." Ahaha in Ranger school they would never say something like this. They'd cuss you out then swallow you whole. Special Forces are always so stoic and sophisticated.

  • so you can stop to swim but you continue do go down........ you FALL into the deep blue!!!!!!!!.....no light.....no noise...lust yourself. It's amazing...but terrifying at the beginning.. if you lose concentration and relaxation.....you can death....if there is someone with you......NEVER dive alone .... first rule base.

  • i agree......in this moment of the trainig the soldiers must to learn and undesrstand the importance to stay quiet in evry situations.....evrey where!!.....in your work..in your life!!......these excercises train the mind to maintain control whenever you perceive any discomfort or fear......when we freedivers dive at a depth of 40 meters with only one breath we must to saty concentraded for all the way......after the firsts 10 meters the body weight is negative...

  • .....i'm freediving and evry week i do excercises like you see in this video...and i know very well what it means to suffer the lack of air....you can't breath so you MUST to stay very quiet in evry situation.

The instructors here are very quiet (very different from the drill instructors ) because they must transmit, to the soldiers the necessary calm to the right concentration. It' s very important that....under the water the only think that can save you..is your quiet.....NOT PANIC!!!...

  • Do these guys go on to EOD? I swear one of those instructors was from the EOD episode..

  • this is just phenomenal! Thanks for posting!

  • "some of you are demonstrating a very low level of understandment...this is not good" lol!

  • Does anyone know what they do to the air source during the part they werent allowed to show?

  • You better learn to like it!

  • are these guys calm because the recruits are already special forces, this is how british forces train, no shouting just do... or do not.

  • @aethefox7 Yeah, there are already in special operations and going in for additional training.

  • My greatest fear is also like the velcro test....any idea how to overcome them?

2nd fear is crawling like caterpillars in small holes...any idea how to overcome them???

  • @AmpedSoup

Face your fear! Gradually and slowly if it's a big fear. But at the edn you must have to feel completely comfortable in the environment that scares you.

  • @Raao1 thanks for the tip :D subbed

  • 9hrs...damn the instructors were serious

  • @Simm2Dimm It is Special Forces, they don´t spent time on being less than serious.

  • That's outrageous...

    Good shit boys

  • Keep calm and carry on.

  • @captainzenbi this is an english motto.. this special forces team is american.. dont insult england.

  • @AlohaKoa808 preaching to the converted sir, but having first hand experience of training in the british army i believe that being "yelled at and beaten like a dog" is never necessary at any level, a firm hand yes, but if you allow the recruit to grow through self awareness rather than learn through "punishment" you end up with a more mature, well rounded and professionally capable soldier. but each has there own methods and looking at how were all struggling in afghan none seem to work, lol.

  • i like how the ambulance is parked with the doors open... safety first...

  • its amazing how calm all the instructors are compared to things like the army rangers amongst others, no more motivation no more screaming at these guys, its all about wether or not you are personally capable of doing it or not. takes a certain strength of character to do these jobs.

  • @Franckep that's because most of the students there are already Rangers or Green Berets.

  • @Franckep I agree. I think it is also because the kind of combat they train for here is more focused on concentration and focus instead of pure stress.

  • @Franckep A think it might be because of the guys taking the course, there not exactly off the street and they know the script lol

  • @Franckep you probably won't hear someone screaming at you when you are in a pool

  • @Franckep I was watching the last video and thinking the same thing. Most of these guys look like the don't need to be yelled at anymore.

  • @Franckep in rnager school they have to build up the stress and commotion in the water u dont need to build up the stress if u mess up ur dead and everyone knows this, i hate water i have so much respect for these men and all men and woman in our services

  • @Franckep its only possible because this men are already well trained special forces
