  • My best mate has been following DietOramy diet regime (found through Google) around several months now and she reduced the majority of her body fat now - I'm trying to talk her into fitness, but she is just loyal to her DietOramy...

  • @Marraudor It's not that high in carbs and the carbs are primary complex carbs from whole grains, brown rice, quinoa, etc. so it's all good with it... i pretty much follow this diet (i'm vegan and my diet consists mostly of complex carbs, legumes and beans for protein, as much veggies and fruit as possible and pretty low on fat) and i feel great so far. Yes, you need some fats. But there's almost no food that has NO fatty acids in it so there's really no need to add extra oil to your meals ;)

  • @Marraudor Then how does this diet cure diabetes? One high carb and low fat meal lowers your blood sugar.

  • calories are good people...we need calories

  • yikes.....no meat?

  • WHO IS THIS WOMAN???

  • This video shows how ignorant and uncomfortable with the truth reporters are.

  • I gained weight from following this diet...I guess for some it makes them lose weight. It does have great recipes though.

  • Great!

  • I don't like the lady. 'Oh we loved all your, um, showmanship as well'

    What a condescending cow

    I heart Rip <3

  • NO OIL?!! Well how in the heck do you eat fried fish?

  • @imnazhole Remember, you don´t eat fish.

  • That is an AWESOME diet!!!

  • You can be Rip's friend on Filedby--a very cool Author/Reader online community.

  • Rip knows his stuff!

  • FYI, the Engine 2 basics: No meat No dairy No added oils Nothing with more than 2.5 grams of fat per 100 calories All the whole grains, plants, and legumes you can stuff in your gullet Be on the look out for: Oil. If it says oil on the label, leave it off the menu High fructose corn syrup Food products with more than 6 ingredients Perservatives. Ingredients you can't pronounce
  • what about hard boiled egg white, is it ok to eat that please reply

  • @dream2last

E2 diet says NO. It is almost pure animal protein, which is not good for you-- harsh on the kidneys and leeches calcium from the bones. (page 26)

There are plenty of ways to substitute for eggs, depending on the use, and other foods to have instead for breakfast, etc. Give tofu a try, it is very versatile.

  • I'm #13 on the list for the book at the library. Can't wait.

  • Just got the book and it's fantastic! I can't recommend it highly enough. Rock on Rip!!

  • Don't miss the book release at Austin City Hall...
