  • kpierce118, who would want a Canon when Canon DSLR users face the following issues, focusing issues on the Canon 1D Mk III and 5D Mark II, the Canon EF 50mm f1.2 L having focusing issues right out of the box and this ever amazing "error99" which happens on canon & not just on 3rd party lenses, and most of the time it's for "unknown" reasons.

  • I dont understand why i would get his sony over a nikon or a cannon that you could get better lenses. Another i dont understand why sony is trying to get its hand in every market?

  • Simple...Its the BEST BRAND!

  • Sony? hahahaha

  • @kpierce118 why are they getting their hands in the DSLR market? because they can. and theyre doing a damn good job at it too, seeing how theyre new to it.

  • @kpierce118

Too bad that Sony's high grade glass is on par or better than the C&N lenses.

Sony only misses super tele primes and a cheapish FF line (like f/4 zooms).

Over many years Minolta made high grade glass and Sony not only continues the G line but also got Zeiss as Design Partner.

In A-Mount land it always was about lenses.

So if you can criticize anything than the bodies ;o)

  • The ergonoimc is really great, much better than canon ( not to hard tho, canon cameras are bricks) its on pair with nikon. IQ is superb! C and N have a new serious player on the market to watch out for!
