I went 8 hours last night without one, so I guess I could go 8 hours today . And eat in between.

i stopped smoking 4 years ago i tried the lazer treatment,idont know if that did it or i just wanted to,i go to the gym daily,i was 160 170 most of my life,i am now 230 solid,if i can do it anyone can.

Don't ever give up. This will be the best gift you could ever give your family. Please don't end up like my wife....dead at 46 years old.

Yeah, always when I try to give up smoking I eat twice as much stuff as before :p Hmm.. the cheese looks delicious :D
