thats not a black hole dude...the black whole glitch shuts off you system for a while on brawl u need fox,falco or wolf and peach and ness and be on that one stage i forgot which one but yea put falco on one side of the stage and put fox like 10 paces away from him and then have falco shoot one of his gun laser and then use falco to reflect it and then use fox to reflect it and keep holding it down till its a full red line and then peach throughs her turnips and ness pkfires and ur game freezes.

Swap Ike for Falco should work. Falco can increase the size with his blaster/ reflector/ up-B (I think).
Then you can try to use the reflector on the two Lucarios. I think the game will either crash or go really slow while the reflector lits up alot.
