in my opinion music is about challenging our enjoyment levels. we can all listen to the same stuff churned out by our favourite bands, but it's the challenge of hearing things that we may not like and trying to appreciate what's been done with it.

i don't like Gaga or Beyonce, and have a passing friendship with Metallica, but this mix has pricked my enjoyment levels, and it's one i'd have on my ipod.

music is important, but for heaven's sake let's all grow up a bit.

@LastQuincyGirl It works because Gaga writes Rock/Metal songs but just replaces the guitars with keyboards (because it's commercially more profitable that way when starting out). If you look into her background shes a big rock/metal fan (her long term boyfriend is a metal drummer) and she cites Queen as one of her biggest influences. Don't be suprised if she moves further towards rock/metal in the future. \m/
