is this farm used to be in pauls family maybe it was a friends farm or paul had visited there when he was younger knew of it before.and then bought it i thought he was just renting at a sheep ranch to be out in the country to get away from what was happening around him at the time. but i didnt know he had it since 1966.

If this is what I think it is.....(The Life reporter some time in late 1969) then from what I understand he relented a bit and gave an interview. He was not in the best of moods at the time cuz John had pulled the plug and apparently Paul was devastated. He was just trying to clear his head at his farm and had no desire to face the press. Can't say I blame him.
