there are secret challenges not shown in the challenges page.

example: let an enemy hurt you, then sneak up behind and knife him. Another one is killing an enemy with a throwing knife while flashed or stunned.

Might be secret challenges that needs to be done.

The emblem is impossible to get right now without hacking...someone told me if you look at the game files on mw2 for the computer it says it's unlocked by doing ak 47 marksman 4 challenge, which there is no such thing because it only goes up to marksman 3...

today i played a match of team death match with a couple of mates , im 2nd prestige lvl 68 my friends are 3rd prestige lvl 58 and 70 , we came across a team of  fuking hacking , cheating pieces of shit !! they were all 10th prestige level 70 and they all had the spinning skull emblem, 2 min in to the game we were owning by 1700 points of difference , we won the game and the fags left before we went back to the lobby , 10th prestige doesnt mean shit, i hope they all get banned .

EDIT: I can CONFIRM that by getting all the prestige challenges completed BEFORE reaching 10th prestige does NOT unlock the elusive emblem.

U UNLOCK IT BY GOING 10th PRESTIGE THEN DO ALL OF THE CHALLENGES INCLUDING PRESTIGE CHALLENGES ON 10th, if u complete one of the prestige challenges before 10th then sorry u wont unlock it only when done on 10th prestige !! PERIOD!

I'm pretty sure the info was put into the games files for this emblem, but the ability to unlock is not there yet. I think that right now the only way to get this emblem is jtagging or discovering a new way of hacking on the ps3 to get all emblems/titles to stick after prestiging.

ok i might sound like a broken record but i still think it is the prestige challenges...ive heard numerous times that you cannot get that emblem if you have been in a jtag game/lobby. HOWEVER, i have heard that you are still able to get the emblem if you did the first hack. (mp data transfer) which i did...i only need 300+ stealth bomber kills to have them complete.

if a miracle happens ill let you know. either way i hope you get the emblem so you can help all of us out!!

the game is not modded on the client's end of the game in a jtag lobby, only the host.
