Much better than "Enchantmen...". I like the use of the scrim with the dancers behind it. My school used that for our production of "Jane Eyre: The Musical". I am so glad you didn't ruin my favorite song.
is the dancing chick en pointe? cuz believe me... it's pretty hard to leap around without making a ton of noise seeing as the pointe part of the shoe is nothing but hardened glue and pink silk lol
Very Very Excellent! Both of you were great! What high School is this form beacuse ive been watching all the clips and am very impressed...especially by the Aida...wonderful...
BRAVO, you guys. It's really first rate performing and communicating. If I can get goosebumps and a little teary, (and I am one TOUGH critic!) you've done your jobs, and you've done them beautifully. Go out and make careers for yourselves doing just this. You deserve it!
They both have beautiful voices, but this song kind of dragged. There were a few pitchy moments there too,but overall good. I would say that the guy playing Radames did awesome with 'Radames Letter.'
It seems to me that many people don't take into consideration the fact that some schools do not have any African Americans in their school/drama program. Besides, roles are given out based upon talent, not appearance. Some things must be left to the imagination. You have to imagine that you're watching something in Ancient times, and that Aida has dark skin. My school is doing the very same production this year, and we're experiencing the same situation.
Ummm, hmmm -- I just wish he could get rid of that extra bit of egde that he's lacking. he's very nervous and constrained, if he opened up more only then would he be spectacular, and fabulous...etc. Good Job for the effort though
You guys are amazing. I am a guy and i dont like guyts voices very much i am very critical. He was a freaking mazing so was the girl. The dancers in the back made it even more spectacular OMFG!! Loves it.
Ok, people may have taken that wrongly. Aida's supposed to be black because she's an African princess. That's what I meant. But the Aida in the clip is good, too.
well, Radames is supposed to be Egyptian, isn't he? Juliet is supposed to be a woman in Renaissance drama, but was played by a man...it's called "acting"
Was just making a comment on the roles, not the acting. Although I do realise it sounded really offensive so I corrected myself (or rather explained exactly what I meant.) I know she's acting (and very well, too.)
Thank you soooo much for sharing this one with us. This is one of my favourite songs of all time and you sang it just bobastic!!!! I´m so jealous of your voice. Unbelivable!!!! You are such a fantastic singer.
This song is tied with Written in the Stars for my fav! You are suck a good singer. THE KISS!!!!! She looks like one lucky girl to be kissin you! LOL. Was that an actors kiss or real? It was pretty convincing. That's like, my favorite scene. I like a love sick puppy! I love romantic things
Wow, I am VERY impressed. I admire how you took Radames' role, which I always consider very rock-based, and made it your own. The little trills fit very well! And tell your Aida that she's AMAZING! I was so skeptical when I saw that she was white (no offense to her), but her voice...wow...so soulful. KUDOS TO BOTH OF YOU!!!
oh wow! what year of highschool are you? This is amazing! i have been wanting to be in this show since well, 2 years ago(i think) when i first saw it off-broadway.
I love everything just about your voice: the vibrato, the pitch, the runs, the sound ...just everything!!!!

i liked the position that the two of you had at the end. many end it standing up, and i like that you didn't and made it work with the scene

That was great. Man, I wish there were guys like you at my highschool, especially because I need someone to sing at an audition with me...

You & Aida sound amazing together .
The dancers , again , just like in Like Father Like Son & Fortune Favors The Brave , killed it .
The point of the song is in the main focus that needs to be on Radames & Aida . The little ballet didn't really relay that part well .
The choreographer isn't amazing , but you guys [ you & Aida ] are .

rademes' voice is hot and he looks hot too....umm good =] lol

The tempo was dragging a bit, the pitch was not on in a few spots, and diction could have been better.
That said, it was very good. Very good tone quality in both voices...especially for high school. :)
