  • @XxREAPER3024xX I've never taken it, but yes ell Mass is a Creatine blend, meaning that it has several types of Creatine in the blend.

    i'm 14 (almost 15) ill make a meal plan when i'll start to go to the gym again (that's september, i'll be 15 then). what i want to ask is if i'm allowed to take NO XPLODE and if i am, should i take it ? i'm 5'11'' and 154 lbs

  • @futb0lista7777777 at 15 i wouldnt reccomend it but if you do decide to use something use jack3d its alot cheaper alot more effective and has alot less fillers

  • Hey scott. What supplement do you recommend for someone just starting out on them? I've been at my gym for almost 2 years and i usually just grab a shake at the front desk after my workouts. Thanks

  • Dude it all depends on your goals and your commitment to your diet/ working out. i would recommend as a basic a good multivitamin and taking a protein shake. These are useful things that you will need anyway. Good luck and hope you reach your goals.

  • Good to see you nailed down a sponsor in BSN. Syntha 6 is a great sustained release/protein blend. Good to see the have your back. I personnally have tried LOTS of companies and have to split all my products between different brands. Right now just using though Optimum Nutrition gold standard and Xtend.

  • okay i did more research and liver enzymes are high when weight training and no evidance that it no xplode harms it the ingrediant was rocurotene or sumthing like that and it was ment to raise liver enzymes and damage it but raised levels are naturall after exercise so its hard to tell i guess if enougth research is done on someting they will allways find something bad im back to using it now lol sorry i commented without proper research. i only use 4 times a wk run without it cardio.drink lots2

  • may i propose not drinking nestle water...every water bottle i have ever seen says (ingredients:water) other than water with fluoride nestle water also contains other shit like calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, and magnesium sulfate. why the fuck would you need that added??

  • It's called mineral water. Look at the label on Evian or Fiji, just to name a few, and see what they contain. Those minerals are naturally in spring or artesian water, even the water that you have that lists water as the sole ingredient. You'd have to drink distilled water if you wanted nothing but the H2O.

  • No hate scott. you took one of my comments on another video when it wasn't you i was talking to. But why do you like BSN Products? They are just full of fillers, especially No Explode.

    You ever heard of optimum nutrition? They are a much better supplement company IMO. And you get more for your money. But each to his own i guess.

  • ...in reference to my previous comment, I guess what I'm asking is: if your main protein intakes are of 50 grams, when can your body utilize another 50 grams again? (I'm asking this as a general question, although I do realize that you'd be consuming other stuff in the meantime, between your main protein intakes).

  • every couple hours! 2-3 hours inbetween meals!

  • immediatly after your workout take a whey protein shake it aborbs in about an hour so about an hour after your workout shake you can eat a real meal then 2.5 hours after that a snack then another meal 2 hours later. no more then 50 at a time really.. unless its milk cause its casein which digests in 6-8 hours..

  • Dude. Tons of great tips. The one thing I'm definitely going to take from this is the "50 gram max" protein tip. Didn't know that. So here's a question for you Scotty: I realize there's a certain amount of daily protein you should be intaking, depending on your current weight and/or fitness goals, but with the "50 gram max" tip in mind, how long should you space out your main protein intakes if you do generally take 50 grams each time?

  • thats creatine MONOHYDRATE its differnt, and noone uses it anymore.. this stuff is the strength gains and size without the water retention.. its mostly glycogen in your muscles, eat carbs to get big fast

    I tried the blue berry, tastes so bad it almost made me puke.

    fruit punch is just a bit more tart, like eating a lemon.

    I take two scoops of N.O Xplode

    Then 1 scoop of cellmass after workout and then another like hmm 4 or 6 hours later

    I also take some Whey Protein inbetween

    Great results, I found out that if you put in a 45 min run after you hit some weights. You'll get better results

    Running is very important if you want to have a ripped figure
