Shadows are retarded if it isnt on Very High, i setted everything to high (i seted textures on medium) and turned off shadows and i got like +20 fps

its not max settings:] u cant over clock ur graphic card by GTA IV, u need 2gb ram in ur graphic card and I think 4gb ram

i need help guyz, ive recently got an hd4850(force3d single slot). default clocks r @625/1933. can i oc it @650/1940. actually im afraid 2 touch da ati clocks since this is my first ati card (up graded frm 9600gso).my max temps r @ 85c. btw da ambient temp in my room is 32c. how much should i keep da fan speed? my cpu is e4500 @ 2.6 / 4gb ddr2.i know dat im not an experienced gamer as u guyz but all i want iz some expert advice.... any help would b highly appreciated.. thx

No. Fraps eats resources much. On this small problems with draw distance. Without Fraps all is normal.
