There's a difference between homemade napalm and military grade napalm. I don't think you realize that. This is completely legal. This kind of 'napalm' technically isn't even napalm. It's just a substance that burns for a decent amount of time

I used probably about 3/4 cup gas and ALOT of peanuts. pretty much there is no exact formula. you just add as much Styrofoam as you can until the amount of gas you have will not eat anymore.
I would suggest not using packing peanuts. The thick white Styrofoam works the best.
Basically it all depends on how much you want to make. but I would say maybe a Cup of gas or so. and then you mix as much peanuts or Styrofoam as you can until the gas won't eat anymore.
