This DOES NOT use water as fuel. It uses Hydrogen. You should tell us how much energy it takes to get the hydrogen, which is got by electrolysis of water, using electricity, and the capital cost of the storage container.
@spentacle aprox. 240 watts per liter, so just under 1 Kilowatt for a gallon. far from gasoline refined from crude oil = 6000 watts or 6 Kilowatt. so in fact were wasting billions of times more energy then it takes to simply split it from water.

its not free energy at all. it uses water vapour and hydrogen. creating hydrogen is not free and requires electricity.
