  • The best Semiramide ever apart from June Anderson.Lella's Met performances in this part were incredible and full of truly bel canto style.

    She sang in Met ONLY 9 performances in 1990 and 1993 but for fortune two of them were recorded and show her vocal genius.Brava!!!!
