Here in Auburn, Maine just before that day ( 93 degrees) was the hottest evening I can remember. It was 82 degrees at 1am, IN MAINE! but then it went to 73 that night because of rain which was dissapointing. As uncomfortable as it is, I want the hottest day of the year to stay as hot as possible to be EXTREME!

Ahhh, I use to get extremely excited over those icons. Especially the "Strong Thunderstorms" icon because I love the way how the lightning flashes back and forth, but I still have the same feelings over the new ones except that I can't tell the difference between "Strong Thunderstorms" and general thunderstorms.

The difference between the Strong Thunderstorms icon and the Thunderstorms icon is that the lightning flashes in place for the Thunderstorms icon and for the Strong Thunderstorms icon, the lightning flashes from side to side.

THANK YOU. Oh man, i have watched the wather channel since I was like 2 and I couldn't be more upset about their graphics change. Snow is almost indestinguishable from rain now too! Its just ridiculous. The old snow graphics from flurries to light snow to SNOW to HEAVY SNOW were just awesome. Now you can barely tell which one is which. I am so upset.
