Last time I checked, judging who was or was not a Christian was up to God alone. Obama is not a disciple of Rev. Wright any more than you are a disciple of the pastor at a church you used to go to. If you go to any church, eventually the pastor is going to say things you don't agree with. If you are a church going Christian, you know this and have probably experienced it. Does that mean you turn your back on the church? Of course not.

@Pollymyluv If you call yourself a Christian and make up or follow false beliefs about people, that makes you worse than Rev. Wright and Obama. Besides, if Rev. Wright was really a racist, he would not have permitted white people to speak in his Church. The problem is that nobody wants to accept the truth about the plight of the black man in the USA. The USA has been a hell hole for blacks for years, that is a truth that Americans find hard to swallow.

You sound like the religious Jewish people in the Bible that hated and crucified Jesus because he wasn't like them. President Obama says he is a christian and we should accept and believe that. Our job as a christians is to Love and pray for him, not hate and judge him. Stay focus and trust God no matter what it looks like. I love this man to pieces! He is such a wonderful, dedicated Christian gentleman and Jesus Christ has gifted Wintley Phipps with one of the finest voices I've ever heard. Dr. Phipps not only lives his life for his Lord and Savior, but he also has a gentile gentle manner which comes from the bottom of his soul and personality. I could listen to Dr. Wintley Phipps all day long. He and Susan Boyle, who is my favorite female singer, could relieve each other while both sang songs to God's Glory!
