A built-in battery may not be that big a deal for most, but frankly I find the lack of a tripod mount a complete dealbreaker, making this a definite "no, thanks."

Yes, but it is garbage, wouldn't waste your money.

I took this with a Flip camera and I highly recommend them.

Just bought a new one as my old one had seen better days. Went with the Ultra HD...Great quality

Just recently upgraded to the Flip Ultra HD....Fantastic, great quality....Takes a lot to beat a Flip. maybe Kodak are getting close but I still love the Flip software

The battery is built-in. Yes you charge through a USB cable.

I did not like this camera. Out door video was pretty good but indoor video was poor quality

Yeah, my science teacher HAD a flip camera but someone stole it, so the school bought him this one. and he let me try it out, but its kinda funky. He had me take pictures and they came out really smudgy. plus he's only using it for quick demo videos to review for the class, so it should be ok for him :)

You're a retard, the Webbie PM1 and Kodak Zi8 are not "big as shit". Seriously, grow up. They both have more features and better quality than the flips. If something is TOO small, even the best stabilization wont help. So its good if they're not micro.

I had a EZ300HD (the previous model) and it sucked so bad I could not belive it, the picture was very grainy with that one as well.

It would seem RCA has not made any improvements with this newer model.

And it cant be tri-pod mounted,,,,, what was RCA thinking ????

I was going to get this camera and try it out to see if it was any better than last years RCA but I think I will pass !!!!

Besides, Im very happy with my Flip Ultra HD and my Vado HD.

I recently bought the DXG 567V and found it to be pretty good. I have gone through many of these small cameras but for quality I do think VADO have done a pretty good job. I am a big FLIP fan but was disappointed with the ULTRA HD...Found the picture to be very jumpy. The only one I haven't tried yet is the SONY WEBBIE.....Although I think I will stick with the DXG HD for now

Hummm,,I wonder if you just might have got a defective Ultra HD, mine is not jumpy at all.

All the reviews online are very positive with most reviewers saying the Ultra HD is perhaps the best of all the small flash camcorders to date.

I have owned/own the Kodak Zi6, Ultra, Mino, Mino HD, RCA EZ300HD, Vado HD and the Ultra HD, in my opinion the Ultra HD is the best of all of them.
