I have this theroy that Iaian is the guy in the black suit we see enter in the top left.0:03 He infact WAS waiting for Steve but at the other end of the lobby...which he had done on purpose. Check out the awkward pause at 0:10 as he looks over in the cameras direction. He studies Steve's behavior and decides his presence could jeprodize whatever meeting they were involved in. At 0:20 the man opens his phone and places a call to Joyce to tell her all bets are off with this guy and then leaves
