yes i needed your help. my laptop can make dvds but it takes hours and when i try to ply them on a dvd player it can not read the disk and says that playback feature may not be available on the disk. do you know whats going on or does any one having any answers to help out.

hey well i loveeeeeeed this laptop until about a month ago gaes started coming out that this computer just didnt fit i can play them but im trying to play games like bf bad company 2 and im getting 18 fps at lowest fps because my cpu gets maxed out is there a way to make it faster or i was wondering if i could just get a new processor and replace it

hi there, how long did you get those green lines mine got them twice for about 1 second each, both times it was running only with the battery (no AC) both times I had it on a table and the table was hit by bypassers (starbucks) after that I had no trouble, I hope your screen is fine

You can get it from Tesco (Tesco Direct). As far as I'm aware the only differences between the 6930 and the 6935 are the size of the hard drive and the processor - but they're near enough the same laptop

i have this laptop, and YES it will play Oblivion perfectly. in fact this laptop is very powerful and fast as hell !! it plays F.e.a.r and f.e.a.r 2 no problems at all !!!! and i also tried it with bio-shock .... PERFECT !!

hi there i have bought this acer too but i am concerned with the DVD-drive it has. When you press the ejed button on the DVD-drive, does your come out all or only half way when its empty?

also when you press the DVD back in, does it make a click noise?? is it normal operation or is mine doing this click noise only.

I think only models with "acer" in raised letters light up. If you have a smooth top then they don't. Hope that helps.

r there various models of aspire 6930's cuz mine is like this except it has 500gb hard drive. Some 6930's have fingerprint readers

well as of what i've tried,it worked pretty fine on resident evil 4,need for speed undercover,gta san andreas,but sadly it run too slowly when i played GTA 4..but its a very good laptop though..the sound is really awesome

it has 9500 gs video card and it was too slow

btw i have nvidia 9800GT in my desktop and couldn't run GTAIV either
