BLUR is the best band of the 90's just that simple and im not even a fan of the britpop or the comercial music, i like jazz and rock progresive of the 70's but blur isnt just music they make fucking magic.. Thanks for all those great pieces of work blur and the people behind blur.

And this is just a small pinch of what they have to offer. If you listen to all the albums, the last 3 in particular, you can hear thay Blur is a band with outstanding quality. A song like 1992 or Battery In Your Leg is just to good, I have no words for it.

Gorillaz by the groups own admission though they couldn't really tour as most of the songs were done only for the studio and were to difficult to play live. Doesn't make them bad tunes though, even if they are only cartoons! And Blur, Blur were 'one' of the best and consistent thinking persons pop band from the UK during the 90's. (but that's only my opinion.

Gorillaz was a concept band featuring all sorts of musicians around a core group which had Damon Alban from Blur, even Shaun Ryder was on a number called 'Dare' off the Demon Days album(brilliant!)
