If a car in front can't get away from you, most likely this means you are faster than him. Why don't challenge him? You both get slower, but in case nobody is on your tail - it's nice to dance some nerves out of front guy, and overtake him on his mistake (and try to pull away or make him overcontrol his car overtaking you back :)

I still dont have enough confidence to overtake, im still learning, so i do what you say...try to stay close and try to make some pressure :)
